Really bad and unpleasant service. It took multiple hours to even place an order despite it being open. When they finally accepted the order they didn't even have two thirds of the order I had placed, and decided to charge extra tax because I no longer met the minimum order requirement. While still accepting the delivery and attempting to delivery a whole lot of overcharged nothing to my house. I had to call the place to cancel my order, only to encounter a very rude and unprofessional person on the phone. Who genuinely got annoyed when I wanted to cancel my order. I'm leaving a review here since Weedmaps doesn't like to show negative or critical feedback on their website. Which is why many places will have more five star review than they should, as most, if not all, the negative reviews are suppressed.Since my whole review was clearly not read well by the owner, given their response. What you say your policy is and what happened to me as a consumer are two totally different things. As despite your policy, I had the experience I had. Furthermore, I find your remark of trying to contact me rather condescending, considering your attempt to contact me was to say you were still going to deliver my order. It doesn't matter if you send a link to your website if you're still going to attempt to deliver the order. The proper response as a retailer would be to understand that you or someone who works for your establishment didn't abide by the company policies you have stated, and that is the problem. I hope this feedback finds you well this time, and that you genuinely use the review for what it is. Which is as critical feedback on how to improve.
