I have twice ordered from them using doordash and twice gotten the wrong order. I paid for a bread bowl the first time and didnt get the bread bowl. The second time I asked for a baguette and got chips....and the sandwich was sloppily put together. The food tastes fine....they just can't seem to get my order rightMake that 3 times and still wrong. I ordered a whole chicken frontega sandwich with a baguette on the side and again got no baguette and what they gave me....two halves from two different sandwiches.....and one is basically empty when all I asked to be removed was the onion.....

Placed an order to go for a meeting. Half of our order was not given to us. Mind you this is when the restaurant is open but closed to dining, and my sandwich was the turkey and avocado BLT. NO AVACADO!After the second trip the order was fulfilled but still very disappointing.

When are they ever going to get around to fixing the utensil dishwasher??? It been months now that this location has been repeatedly giving sticky, dirty silverware to customers to use! I know I'm not the only customer to have noticed, because I've heard others complaining to staff about it as well! I like the taste of the food at Panera Bread, and I understand food service is a horrible, thankless job to endure for almost no pay, but come on! The gunk coating the surfaces of the utensils at this location is just plain nasty!!!

I never ate here before and I was so excited to finally try some good food!!I ordered the chicken salad sandwich and it should have been listed as a tomato sandwich. They literally put 4 huge slices of tomato on a "half of a sandwich" and probably 2 tablespoons of "chicken salad" ....wow. I have NEVER had sliced tomato on a chicken salad sandwich. My husband had steak and arugula sandwich. Was not impressed. What a waste of money.

Sandwiches are awesome here! A lil pricey, but that’s to be expected from these kinds of places. Sometimes I’ll just buy bread and lemonade for the kiddos and me here. The lemonades are great, they don’t get enough talk in my opinion. The people who work here work hard and they are very fast as well. Great people. This will be my last review for tonight as it is almost 2 am for me. Goodnight

Panera needs to close earlier if they aren’t willing to make more food for the later customers. The last 3 times my husband and I have gone for dinner (5:30pm, 7pm, and today 8pm) they have either been completely out of foods, or they serve us a skimpy version of what we ordered. My husbands sandwich had only 2 pieces of steak on it and my tuna sandwich only had tuna on 1/3 of the bread and it was such a thin layer i couldn’t even spread it across the rest of the bread. I understand that we went late today and I am even understanding of them being out of menu items after a busy day, but do not serve us a half made sandwich with barely any contents. Unfortunately after many of these visits we will have to forego Panera as a dinner option from now on.

The food is delicious. I have had several different soups, cheddar broccoli and tomato are my favorites. In my opinion they taste homemade and have more flavor than most restaurants in my area. There Cuban sandwich is delicately made but is a little different than the average sandwich ive bought over the years. I love the bread they use. If your looking for a great baked good, i have had there cookie, muffins, and brownies and all were amazing. That being said I love that this company doesnt waste there food. They give all there baked goods to charities at the end of the night! If you want to give your money to a company that serves healthy and gives back to community look no further!

I come here once a week for lunch. I usually go through the drive thru because of time. The food is usually great, but the past two times I have been very dissatisfied. Last week, I was given the wrong order completely, and just today, I was given no salad dressing for my salad, and they Didn’t put any basal in on my caprese salad. So check your bags and food before driving off.

I WILL NEVER EAT AT PANERA IN PUYALLUP AGAIN. What a nightmare. I had s gift card from my work team, tried to order online, fought with the system and when I tried to check out I couldnt use my gift card. So I called. I got a woman named Amy on the phone who transferred me, and I was on hold for 5 minutes...the next person took my order and it was scheduled for 515 pickup (30 mins later) when I arrived I spent 10 minutes listening to multiple people telling me they didnt have my order and implying I called another store . They claimed there was no order for me....even though I proved the number I called was their store. what a waste of my time. AND HOORIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
