I went to return an online order that didn’t fit. Easy enough. It wasn’t busy and got to the counter. The black girl at the front was just putting clothes on some hangers nothing extreme. She saw me and NEVER said a word not a hi or anything. So I let her know I was there to return some stuff. She proceeded to help me but still said nothing. It just made me uncomfortable and she gave off this annoyed yet couldn’t care less vibe. She just gave me my refund receipt and I left. I’m glad I wasn’t there for anything else that required more help from her because I would’ve hated to ask someone like that for any help. Not going back to that particular Express Store. As someone that’s big in customer service since I’ve worked in CS, acknowledgement is big in my book.
