First time goin today, just got my card recently so I got a call from them days before it arrived telling me what to do, which was amazing, then I put an order in over the phone today, waited maybe 10 min (due to covid restrictions) and my order was ready, and took all of 2 or 3 minutes to check out.. not to mention the bud is amazing. And the concentrates too...I mean where I had been going previously , were about $20-30 cheaper per 1/2 on the bud, but not even close on the quality... so YES it’s a bit expensive, but sooooooooo good. I seriously won’t go anywhere else .... no need*add on* - to you a-holes complaining about express orders and they don’t fill them right and you got there and they forgot your order or didn’t have it, why the hell would you show up there if they didn’t call to say your order was ready?? I’m not sure if you sent that review before they changed it but they call you back now to confirm. Hopefully you get to see this

The staff is truely the most compassionate .. They always answer my many questions & are always offering suggestions. The facility isnt huge but I find its comfortable & neat.Highly recommended and am so happy that this is the facility I'm registered at.

Call cause I have no transportation and i called someone who sounded like lunch break was in 30 seconds ,simply asked to just assure me they had sugar /carb amounts on edibles and said yeah I'm sure they do.no answers still ,never have! Buds are ALLWAYS ASO DRY THEY CRUMPLE UP INTO DUST. STAFF IN PERSON HAS NEVER DINE ME WRONG ITS THE STORES PRODUCT AND DIABETICS KINDA NEED TO KNOW CONTENT,LET ALONE SONEONE WITHOUT A PANCREAS ,GALLBLADDER OR SPLEEN, 3/4 OF MY STOMACH AND ID RATHER SMOKEOR EAT KNOWING WHAT INGREDIENTS ARE INSIDES ,IM VERRY CAREFULL,HAVE TO BE. IF YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO REGISTER WITH A DIFFERENT STATE MEDICAL PROGRAM I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. They make it extremely difficult for anything be done, they are control freak, wanna control travels where u go etc, best advice stick with mass or maine, hate to say it but they are for the patients . Almost worth paying the state sales taxno compassion like a normal Maine dispensary would be, this is like a military drill with the door , get In, get the hell out ... hahaha not ur dispensary where you build that social connection, just feel like picking up some grass from a polished trap house

Very confusing and even the staff despise it. They push educating the patient so they can get the best medicine for themselves, but the problem is that once you find a product that works well it is very hit or miss if they will have it in stock. They have been out of the type that works for me for the past three months! Completely unacceptable as is getting flower that is filled with seeds.

I've been debating whether to write this for a bit, now, because the employees working at this establishment are truly amazing. I don't want anything to come down on them, as the issues mentioned are out of their control. I also understand that medical marijuana in NH is extremely convoluted and nuanced, and it's highly likely some of my thoughts are missing what can't be seen by me (the general public.) Positives: - Right off Everett Turnpike, this location is easy to get to.- All the employees I've interacted with are truly nice and knowledgable. I see the time and consideration they put in to ensure patients are also aware and knowledgable. They aren't cruel and impatient with patients, even though it is incredibly overt on Prime ATC's part to work these individuals way past breaking point. - They keep their menu updated as much as they can. There is also a board inside listing limited availability, just out, and new products. Since the State of NH continues to make it harder and harder for patients to clearly know and understand what they are getting, Prime ATC tries their best to help them, all while impartially relaying what has changed.The not-so-greats:- Just from what's shown to the patients in its everyday running, Prime ATC seems to be more concerned with giving employees more than one could ever expect them to do. I've managed multiple establishments in which excellence in service and accuracy were of absolute necessity. I'll just say this; it's noticed. It is a detriment to the patients to do business this way. I know this is a new venture, but from a business perspective I would fire every manager responsible for creating such an openly miserable working environment. These employees are gold to us patients who need them to know and understand our specific needs.-Often significant lines and wait times. -There is a small, poorly laid out reception area to wait in. Individuals with wheelchairs often have to try and drive straight through the giant group of people waiting, and the people waiting want to move, but have no place to move. If you deal with anxiety around people or claustrophobia, this is not the place for you. -Congratulations! You're able to make an "express order." This should stop those waits...You can only call this in. There is no email or online form you can fill out. Sometimes the phone system is glitchy and you can't leave a message. If you can leave a voicemail, it's like throwing a message in a bottle into the vast ocean. There's no way to confirm that your order was indeed accepted and being filled for your requested time. I once went in about 30 minutes before closing, at my alloted pick up time, to find that no one received the express order voicemail. Furthermore, my requested product was now sold out. Because of the time frame I was now working in, I wasn't able to thoroughly review new options. After this, I took to calling and speaking to someone verbally to take my order. Express orders are encouraged, but don't think that means anyone there has a moment to take it. Because the employees taking the orders are also dealing with a never-ending pile of people checking in and out, having to move the quota around, and various other requirements, they just can't answer the phone most of the time. I guess it's best to give an example of this one.10:00 AM - New menu posted for the day online (what's needed to order.) 10:00 AM - also a line of people queued to come in. Requirement of 1.5 hours time needed for an express order to be available. *Call 10:10, no answer. Call 10:30, no answer. Call 11:00, no answer, phone hangs up early. Call 11:15, answer.* "You know you can just leave a message for an express order?" "Yes, but my express orders have been lost. I'd like to order with a person." Now I have to wait an additional 1.5 hours for my express to be ready AND the person at the desk hates my persistence in calling. GET AN ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM OR FIX YOUR PHONE ORDERING SYSTEM TO BE FUNCTIONAL, AND TO INCLUDE CONFIRMATIONS.

I dont know what is going on with Prime ATCs flower but it is getting worse rather than better with THC levels decreasing considerably across the board when they should be getting better. Quantity is outweighing quality. Please put more into QC . Your pre rolls in my opinion have more leaf trimmings than bud.....dont believe it for a second Patients are better off getting the Maine card and spend only $220 for an ounce of high quality medicine at Wellness connection of Maine. For me $360 is ridiculous for an ounce if medicine, especially when you are basically taken for granted. The staff at Prime ATC are very nice but nice should not cost $140 dollars more for lesser quality medicine. Frustrated in NH

Everybody there is extremely great to interact with. They absolutely care about you and your needs. The are well knowledgeable about cannabis and there many strains and products. The buds that I have been getting have been great. It tastes, smells, looks like top quality bud. The display cases are well organized, and the show room is well light and very very clean. They know who you are and greet you with a smile when you walk through those lovely doors. It was well worth the wait for prime to open.
