Overall okay, HOWEVER The online menu does not give accurate descriptions so it’s not worth driving an hour only to find your order is not what you ordered. Kind of disappointed... should really make sure the online ordering menu replicates accurate grams, preroll count and THC descriptions... about to try the product and hope the high is as described ✌🏻🤷♀️

This place truly rocks when it comes to Bud if you want a good price and great budtenders I would go here unless of course you live further than 50 miles away then you probably want to go to one of those that's a little bit closer although I'm sure you won't get this good service or as good a price. Love the Bake Shop... Peace man. Stay tuned up, dudes.

NEVER CHECKED ANYONES ID!! The place was packed. I couldn't hear what the guy was trying to tell us about the product. He did seem knowledgeable. But I still left without buying anything. My friend bought less than $20. We went elsewhere.... now an unprofessional response from the owner. Trust me. I was not kicked out.

On November 23 got 28 grm of Sativa Hybrid - Green Crack .I my self should have looked at the label. But have bought a lot for stuff from this place. ( Look at the DOH ) that's the date that it was harvested. The one I got was DOH 10/21/17 the stuff so dry should have took it back but live in Tri cities and gas is not cheap .Last time I put my $ in that place. Ho I did try it (BUNK) .

I have bad knees and absolutely destroyed one of my ankles a year ago. I had heard nothing but good about FLOW gel, so I decided to try it. I live in Kennewick and could've gone to our local dispensary, but the wait is always a atrocious. I decided to take a little road trip to The Bake Shop. So glad I did!!! The staff is wonderful, the prices are the best "Mr. Good Vibes" was great. The product does what it says it will do. Being a loyalist, I've found my home.

Why go to green to go and get ripped off by Steve and co when it takes just as much time to go to the bake shop, no stupid lines no attitude and no sense of being rushed, I can look at my product, take time and they always treat me right, the owner thanks us whenever he is there and we are in and always makes us feel welcome. Used to work at a delivery sevice here in tc and used to work at a dispensary years ago in South hill. As far as the basin is concerned bake shop is the best

Stopped by cause I was recommended this store by a friend. No one ever checked my ID or even said hello. The only two people working were on their phones. I was told "Hey man let me know when you pick something" and they went back to their phone. Product was okay but their service is kind of horrible. Probably won't come back unless I have to.

Haven't been to many, but locally this place is the bomb! Always top notch product at decent prices and friendly, helpful staff to guide you through the maze of products. Super Silver haze was oh so good and many others too! Bennie, Julio, and most all of the budtenders were spot on, even tossed down a lighter to me when mine had died with only a dime purchase, which was nice. As soon as I can get the funds together I know they will make my day and many of them. Great job guys!!
