Overall Feedback:

We signed up based on what the system could do. Training has been piecemeal at best - everyday we call and are given different information. And the developer who owns the company blames us the customer. We are a group of professionals who have owned dispensaries, working in the software industry for 20+ years as well as CPA for Big 6 firms. We are beyond frustrated with the lack of training and professionalism
