This dispensary has a great selection and a wide variety of products. Their products are fantastic and they often have items that no other dispensary will have. Their prices are the lowest for the highest quality. The staff are very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. All staff- from the check in to the security are very kind and respectful. There is a very short waiting time, if at all, to get into the shop. The waiting room is comfortable and roomy. The entrance looks a bit like a Vegas wedding chapel- endearing in a kitschy sort of way. You won't be disappointed!

The store is fine on inventory and price. My main issue is that they only accept cash. No business in the universe only accepts cash, especially when people are spending up and over $100 per trip. I had to use the ripoff ATM at the store which charged me $3.50 to use and my bank charged me $2 bucks because I was out-of-network. It cost me $5.50 to get $60 bucks cash. Insane. They should say something on the website or certainly a sign at the front entrance stating it is "cash only".

I knew it was legal in California so I didn't have to worry about bringing my own. Once I got settled in my hotel I wanted to pick up my medicine before it got too late. So now it was on - I had done some research before I left and knew I had to get an Uber but in doing some additional research I found PSA Organic was a lot closer to me so I walked over. I had to check in with the front desk so that they could determine if I was there for recreational use or if I had a medical card and then I was able to proceed to the product. They had a very good selection but for some reason it was not what I expected. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and they made me feel very comfortable.I was very happy with my product and service and if you are ever in the area I would recommend PSA Organics as your destination of choice.

horrible customer service. The guy with the blonde dreadlocks in the back was stoned out of his mind he could barley speak or keep up a conversation. It was one of my first times in a clinic and I had a lot of questions and was really excited but they answered the bare minimum and just wanted it to be over. Everyone always tells me new patients get complimentary things but I spent over a 100 and didn't get anything more than what I paid for. Overall not an enjoyable experience I wouldn't recommend them there are far better places in the valley.
