Basic grading went from $17 to $20 dollars a card in just a few years because you know, that cheap Chinese plastic case must cost a FORTUNE for psa. But you should feel bad for psa there so busy keeping your money and cards that there email for the last 5 years says “due to the extreme volume of packages...” so travel the world, maybe in a few years your cards will be delivered. Could write endless story’s of this scam company two in particular for me: First is sent in Pokémon card 3 times came back 9 even I knew it wasn’t! On the fourth time cracking cases and sending it back it finally got a 10 after $60 dollars later. Second is sent in 15 cards they damaged the most valuable card by over 1000 dollars out of 15 cards what a joke. Damaged another card on another order as well. GARBAGE STAY AWAY

Very disappointed with recent transactions with PSA. Complaint 1: I purchased a quick opinion on an autograph, it did not pass. Sent the item in, it got authenticated. Complaint 2: I obtained an autograph in person, but also took pictures and video of the actors signing the photo. I sent it in to PSA and they charged me $50 to authenticate but it did not pass. NEITHER actor's autograph was deemed authentic even though it happened and I can prove it. I even tried to submit my video evidence so it could then be authenticated. PSA/DNA would not do this. They said the fee was to cover the authenticating, but based on this issue and the complaints, it is clear, THEY ARE WRONG. And unwilling to make the situation right. Good luck.

Charged me $74 to grade three Pokemon cards for a 25-day turnaround service (their cheapest option). Took 53 days (36 business days) for the cards to arrive from when PSA received them. I emailed them around 40 days and it took a week for them to respond. They also never replied to my follow up email. My cards were fairly graded and they look great. I just wish this company had more transparency, better communication, and better prices for how slow they are.

Right now it's 2 stars, probably should be 1. They received my order on 11/23/19. I paid for a 21 day turnaround. Their website says it's not even halfway done. I tried calling, hold time was too long so I eventually hung up.

brutal. took 5 months.. 5 months! on a 40 business day order. I got my grades back on cards I needed authenticated. I sent them a video - not a cell pic, but a video of aaron rodgers autographing my cards, and they deemed them questionable authenticity. keeping my expensive submission fees. absolutely ridiculous. don't do business with these people. this was the first and definitely the last time I send these people anything.

Worst company to do business with.1.long Wait time and the company will not stand by the time and service you pay for.2.customer service is garbage and non existent.3.overpriced.They have lost a long time customer and I hope SGC grading takes all their customers as they are better organized.
