Feedback:

I purchased a vapor source that failed as it cracked and evaporated the medicine. I had only had it open for two days when it failed. I approached the manager Tony Soto who basically called me a liar and said that his policy was "we only give 24 hours for you to bring a product back." He said that I was making up the story as to when I opened it up and how it cracked. I informed him that if that is the way he was going to treat a patient then I no longer would give them my money. He didn't seem to care and offered no solution.Very poor patient empathy. Very poor communication. Very poor customer service. Subpar medicine. Very few choices for a medical patient. They care only about the recreational side of their business. PATIENTS BEWARE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I AM LETTING ALL MY FRIENDS KNOW ABOUT HOW THIS PLACE TREATS PEOPLE. TOO BAD GUYS CAUSE THERE IS CHOICE IN PUEBLO WEST AND I DON'T CHOOSE YOU AND OTHERS SHOULD NOT EITHER...
