**Update - After hanging up, I went online and requested payment arrangements. I got almost exactly what I asked for, but not quite. So I called back. This time I reached a very helpful CSR and she directed my call to someone that she said could definitely do what I asked. She apologized for the info from the first CSR. A CSR named Trinity answered the phone. After hearing my request, he immediately said that he could help me. He worked out the exact arrangement. He was polite, understanding, professional, and diligent. I gave only 3 stars because I shouldn't have had to jump through so many hoops. I would give Trinity 5 stars if this were his review. If I were a less persistent person, as many are, I would have been left in the dark. Do better PSE. Do better.** From day one of having service with PSE I have paid my bill when it arrived via email and sometimes even before it arrived I would look at the website and see the balance and pay it. February was a tough month for us all electric bill wise. I am disabled and receive a monthly check from SSDI. I am a veteran.I called and asked for an extension. First time ever. My bill is usually in the range of $20 - $40... This time it's $118. I asked for an extension that corresponded with my monthly check on the 3rd. I was told that they offer monthly installments but it would be due on the 23rd of the month. Zero flexibility. 10 days more is what I needed. So, my electricity will be out until I can pay it in full.The most unfeeling company I hope I ever have to deal with. If only I had a choice. They told me that if I had called when the bill arrived via email to tell them I predict I will have problems paying my bill, they could have offered me all kinds of help. Wow. Thanks. I wish I had attended their employee orientation so that I too knew the inner workings of the company.
