Each and every time I go to this dispensary it’s always a wonderful experience! The very first time, I was mesmerized by the dab machine and the workers have had no problem explaining everything and were very enthusiastic too! It’s always a good vibe when workers love their job! I met Shelby, the bud tender, after I screwed up and accidentally went to pure on colfax. (GPS error) (very rude) (no customer service) (didn’t even go in the shop because of the ladies attitude) I explained I always come to the one on 40th, but my gps took me to the other one and I’m so glad I left and came here! As always, she gave me excellent customer service. Answered all my questions, made conversation and took pride that I was spending my money at her place of work. I’m a waitress, so I understand what it’s like to be good at your job, have good customer service, and just be nice! Today, Shelby helped me again! Even offered me a $6 gram of some fire og kush! Shelby is the kind of budtender I’d wanna be friends with and I’m a pretty funny person so she would win here. Just sayin’! Anyways, always a 10/5! Keep up the great work! Oh yeah! And the guys who check you in are awesome! Always have a good sense of humor and a quick joke back! It’s just a good vibe fr! So, all in all, I highly recommend this place. 🤷🏻♀️👌💯
