Been going here for at least 2 years and have always enjoyed it. Today something happened where the business had an extremely long wait. I waited almost an hour. 2 different people came out saying you would get a 10% discount for the wait. When inside they had all sorts of reason why they were not giving me 10% off. They didn’t honor it, manager said no. The same manager that left for about 30 minutes leaving one bud tender to deal with the wait. Do what’s right and this review would have never been posted.

Each and every time I go to this dispensary it’s always a wonderful experience! The very first time, I was mesmerized by the dab machine and the workers have had no problem explaining everything and were very enthusiastic too! It’s always a good vibe when workers love their job! I met Shelby, the bud tender, after I screwed up and accidentally went to pure on colfax. (GPS error) (very rude) (no customer service) (didn’t even go in the shop because of the ladies attitude) I explained I always come to the one on 40th, but my gps took me to the other one and I’m so glad I left and came here! As always, she gave me excellent customer service. Answered all my questions, made conversation and took pride that I was spending my money at her place of work. I’m a waitress, so I understand what it’s like to be good at your job, have good customer service, and just be nice! Today, Shelby helped me again! Even offered me a $6 gram of some fire og kush! Shelby is the kind of budtender I’d wanna be friends with and I’m a pretty funny person so she would win here. Just sayin’! Anyways, always a 10/5! Keep up the great work! Oh yeah! And the guys who check you in are awesome! Always have a good sense of humor and a quick joke back! It’s just a good vibe fr! So, all in all, I highly recommend this place. 🤷🏻♀️👌💯

5 stars for the product1 Star for the staffBeen going here for almost a year now and the weed is great. However, they have rude/moody staff that seem to hate their job/life and sometimes it’s becoming worth it to take the longer drive elsewhere. I’m a very quick shopper (same thing 99% of time) and they still rush me, they’re inconsistent with coupons, and deals vary from bud tender to bud tender. Too pricey for bad service in my opinion. Quality worth the price if you buy with their weekly Monday/Tuesday deals, though. Their point reward system is pretty good too.

I feel like this place is a hidden gem, but I don't know what happened today to make the employees so rude. My roommate and I went into the shop, awesome way they go about keeping the distance until you get inside and then it was all for the employees but who cares about the customers. The person working with us, seemed to either be a manager or front desk and brand new? - was extremely rude. Told us we couldn't "coach eachother on what to get" meanwhile we were talking about the products he was showing us and what kind we were looking into. I've never even heard that before either, we are both way over the legal age to purchase and are allowed to discuss strands and pricing together? Because of this BS he refused to sell to my roommate because I bought an ounce worth of wax, meanwhile we are two completely different people. Midway through him "helping us" he walks away and pushes us off to someone else, who was great, but we already had a horrible vibe and my roommate wasn't able to purchase anything and afraid to ask this new person in fear of being kicked out. It was overall a really weird and disappointing experience and I literally LOVED this place. They also didn't offer anything in regards to the rewards points I knew I had and when I asked I got ignored so... I understand things are weird right now with COVID-19 but that doesn't give anyone the excuse to act like he did towards us.

I would give zero stars if I could! I drove all the way from Texas for my 21st birthday trip and was turned away because my STATE ISSUED ID is still vertical since it doesn’t expire till I’m 23 even though it CLEARLY says “under 21 till 2/18/1999”...it has been accepted in EVERY single dispensary besides this one. It is a real valid ID and scans without a problem as it has at EVERY OTHER dispensary...if I was gonna get a fake wouldn’t I make sure it’s a horizontal one???? Horrible experience would give zero stars if I could. Don’t waste your time if you’re newly 21 and still have a vertical ID.

I've lived in Denver for half the year now for several years. For most of that time, I was trying hard to find great distillate at a great price. Pure has the best deal in Colorado on cartridges that are always quality. Seriously, they have a coupon that'll net you 16 tips for like $200 - after tax! No better deal in the city...period.Plus, the ladies here will become friends as you become a regular and they're all awesomeness. They're so rad I start my Saturdays at their shop to ensure I have a fantastic day. They're always good for a smile!

Amazing Dispensary, if you buy 1x 1g distillate the second one is like $15 out the door, and you coukd easily pay $25-$40 sonewhere else for 1/2 Gram of the same stuff, or worse, something watered down by flavors, or the murky orange CO2 extract that is better for dabbing or topping a bowl rather than vaping. Pure has the right stuff for the best price. They make it in house, and they have 7pm happy hour for $31 8ths, and they have some of the most terpy buds you will find. The buds are priced a little higher than other places, but it keeps the distillate cheap, and you can get an $8 Gram if you buy distillate also. You also get points which transaltes to money off any purchase.

Great staff, excellent selections of marijuana or concentrates, also with great prices. The staff will also work with you to find the best deal to fit your budget. The staff are well educated in their products and can answer just about any question a customer could ask, including(but not limited to) directions to the nearest food or gas establishment. Overall one of my favorite dispensaries in Denver, CO.
