They didnt take me on my birthday bc my I.D was expired on that date. But what the Brand new security guard didnt know was, I had till the next day to change it and he still could've let me in like the other dispensaries did. This has been the only place I've ever gone to and even mentioned that when they tried to apologize for what happened and make up for it. The prices always seem different whenever I went in there. It once had a good selection but once it stopped becoming "busy" it seemed they only had like 6 choices of bud and what not. I hate to say it but I along with many other people I've talked to said they were never coming back to this establishment and I can say the same.

Excellent customer service relations that they definitely intact, regardless if it’s you’re first visit (As Was My Scenario) or you’re 100th. After that service, there’s the actual product supply & they don’t disappoint. Chances are if you cannot find it here, you’re probably not going to find it anywhere. I would rate this place a 4.8 out of 5 stars. **The only Thing that I do not like from mainly every dispensary is how they tend to push you to try n buy from there “personal recommendation”...

Makes me mad this place was one of the best and cheapest places around years ago. Now they have barley any flower and they are very expensive compaired to other places. Its been like this for over 5 months. I wouldnt be surprised if they go out of business because its not going to be easy getting all the customers back that they once had.

While Healing Tree is the farthest PC from where I leave from, they have a solid selection of items and have been state registered for a long time now relative to others in the area. My initial attraction to them is they carried Mary's Medicinals transdermal patches, but since then, other PCs closer to me have been stocking them. The top shelf flower looks decent, but better buds aren't super hard to find. I like that there's some fellas behind the counter that know some of the more techy questions I usually have. The ladies help get things sold I'm sure, but I always walk in with a purpose and know what I'm looking for so I'm less prone to being persuaded by the lady's sales techniques.

I believe this is one of the most high quality medical dispensaries I've been to in Michigan. The staff is always incredible and fun. The waiting room is simple and to the point, with plenty of seating. There are many budtenders available for personalized answers. I recommend Sky, she's super bubbly, helpful and I look forward to coming back.

After traveling from Monroe , MI to this establishment the customer service is normally great! It WAS worth the trip, consisting this arthritis in my back.. Recently, I've encountered an employee name "Scotty", trying to pursuade me to purchase narcotics in an pill form, with an very inappropriate sexual advances via touching in a manner that's disgusting! All of which had made me feel very intimated as well as uncomfortable! This behavior is very unprofessional! Just preposterous!! Make sure when you visit this place be mindful..

Nice staff, good selection, great prices. This place is awesome. Their staff is super friendly and nice. They'll help you find a strain to suit your needs and expertly weigh it. The wait time usually isn't long but after normal work hours, there can be a 5-10 minute wait. They have great daily deals you can sign up to be notified of. The location is fine and it's on a corner so there's more street parking off of 8 Mile. Definitely my go to.

Has always been one of my favorite dispensary’s, got my card renewed and brought in my temporary license on paper due to not receiving one in the mail yet. WOULD NOT HELP ME because I didn’t have a physical card even though my patient registry card was on my paperwork and signed by my doctor. I took my business else where and was helped just fine. Will not be back

I'm a selective shopper when it comes to these things. I'd consider myself a big spender on a regular basis. I did a lot of looking around before stumbling upon this place after accidentally passing the one I was going to. I'm so glad I walked in, I haven't stepped into another one since and that was a year and a half ago. Very wide selection of top shelf concentrates, flower, and even a huge variety of cartridges and edibles. I've watched them double in size and staff and even add amenities such as flat screens in the waiting room. Overall very very highly recommend, awesome dispensary you will not be disappointed.

Today was my second visit and it was just as good as the first! Ollie was my budtender both times. He is very helpful and polite, knows the products inside and out, is very honest about recommendations and doesn't try to sell me stuff I don't want or need. Going into these places can be a bit overwhelming and nerve-wracking, especially as a care-provider and not the user. But, its obvious that all the employees care about the clients and do take their time helping them. I haven't felt rushed or pressured at all at Healing Tree. Very nice experience and excellent products with TONS of variety; edible, flower, carts, accessories, etc.. Anything you could possibly need, you can find here!
