A professional private facility fully handicapped accessible. Wonderful kind compassionate staff!! I’m so grateful for the work Chris and family do to support the needs of the chronically ill. He is a very knowledgeable young man with a passion for client health education. He does Gods work.

Best place hands down!!!! This is the only place I have gone to, and will forever be a customer!! I love how they explained to me different the strains and uses. They directed me to the best strain that would work best for me Thank you Chris, Ben and the sweet lady who helped me with my purchases!! I definitely recommend them!!! 10/10

Everything about this "joint" (had to use word play) is exceptional. The club insures a well stocked inventory and the staff are all friendly and conversationalist. I feel at home when I enter their top tier establishment. Ben greets you at the door and keeps you entertained until it's your turn with the tender. AJ is patient on those days that I'm indecisive and helps me choose. I have never been disappointed in the products that I purchase: top grade. Pure West, unlike other dispensaries, lets the patient use debit cards. The only con with this is that their provider charges $5. My financial institution also charges $5. Ten bux to use the debit card is steep, so go with cash in hand. They also have an ATM available. The appointment policy is a perk as well. Call and arrange your own personal time with little wait. Obviously, I love Pure West, as evidenced by this stellar review. However, about a year ago I couldn't give a review this positive. Changing management and it's overall business model has turned this place around. If I could change one thing it would be the pricing structure for flower. Everyone likes to save scratch, so bulk buys should yield some kind of savings. Keep up the good work guys. I'll be seeing you soon.

When they call you and threaten you by taking your medical card away (whitch they can't do legally) just know it's extortion... This place is beond shady and they purposely mess up filling paperwork with something simple like a wrong date so YOU have to dubble pay them(I Know several personally so I imagine there's even more)... Please please please take your money, time, dignity else where. It's rec now, we don't need places like this anymore. The whole Martinez family running it is under qualified for this and any stoner can do it, but they look down on you off their pedestal. just saying.

Was told to go to their sister club in Sagatuck so I did what a joke not gonna waste the $50 at this one found out their the same amount straight up in three categories no deals. Gave them a try because their closer for me. I could get my medicine delivered to me if I wanted to spend that much. I’ll just keep going the extra 15 minutes. This place isn’t making a great name for themselves. Other medicine places will be popping up all over and I hope people remember how much they taxed it for their medicine at this time. Buy be ware.

I was calling with questions and you or your coworker talked very rudely. That’s it. It wasn’t an “intake”. Mostly garbage product. Pretty much wasted 50 bucks joining this place. To be honest I'm a bit of a vet at this with over 12 years of smoking I can tell you the bud tendor has pretty much no knowledge at all. And with how high there prices are I'm shocked they are still in business even though every time I've gone the place is pretty much empty with the same sht in there all the time I won't be back. 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 Really funny how you reply telling me that the young punk up there has 6 years experience i believe that which make him no vet at all. Fckn carts here are trash. There bud although overpriced is about a 6 out of ten. The guys knowledge is poorest at best. There edibles are priced at 40 dollars and the rosin is 90 a gram. The dabs that I bought from here taste like trash and was not worth the money. I was diagnosed with PTSD several years ago, before that with depression and anxiety. Their only solution was to give me pills, more pills, other pills. I never liked the way they made me feel. I decided it was time to take steps find alternatives and advocate for my own care. I began researching medical marijuana, spoke with a doctor, got my card and found Pure West Compassion Club. I had no idea what I was doing. Walking in they were friendly and welcoming. They have so much information available. Jessica suggested something I had never heard of or considered before, CBD. I am now a believer. I feel better, more like me again, and it was almost instant. I am really glad I found Pure West Compassion Club. It helped me get back to my life.

This is not a dispensary it's not even a good medical card provider. Look for one that promises to update your file every 3 months. Which is required by the courts. This normally costs around $180.00. Cards that cost $69.00 are dangerous and will not protect your rights in state/local courts. My biggest gripe is, this company doesn't even belong under this heading. You can't buy a single tube of CBD oil to save a seizuring person's life should you be unfortunate enough to roll up on this place. That's why I say stiff fines should be put in place for riding on the coat tails of the true dispensaries. For faulty advertising a $500 fine should be placed intact to protect very sick patients who when go looking for a dispensary get the shaft.
