The prices are outrageous, the flower is NOT weighed out in front of you and weighs out short 90% of the time, I don't have a scale, but you aren't getting a gram. The flower is not cured properly as the flower is so wet it clogs up grinder. You are paying extra for water content, this establishment is all about the profit and all about the bottom line. $13.00 or $14.00 gram flower for mediocre quality and mediocre quantity, take your money elsewhere. There ARE some dispensaries that are not just in it for the money, look at other dispensaries that are NOT located in allegedly "Prestigious" Northeast Heights store?? (Pukes), bull, the marijuana all comes from the same distributors. How can Ms. White sell Cannabis for twice the price of Dispensary B that is located two short miles away? The same strain, the same flower, also watch out they will burn you with your money if you let them. Greed will get the best of their dispensaries, only the ones that are in business for the betterment of the customer, the ones that don't accommodate the customer's and cater to profits will fail, I see this dispensary failing, due to greed. Thank God Marijuana will be legalized in a few short months by the New Mexico Legislature and recreational marijuana is fair game, might go up against the Whites they can get away with selling Cannabis short at $14.00 a gram, I know I could do it better and there are several Dispensaries that actually care about the customer. Northeast Heights isn't Beverly Hills it is just as trashy as any place in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It is not superior to buy Cannabis in the Northeast Heights save your money and go to Minerva or somewhere on the Westside, they care about your condition!!!! Stay away from this dispensary use navigation and find another dispensary that will appreciate you!!!!!!!!!

Phillip was the most knowledgeable and friendly bud tender I have ever had the pleasure of working with in my 5 years of being a patient. Also he knew everything about everything in the menu. I highly recommend this place for all your fine cannabis needs. Banana split is my new favorite.

Got profiled there!!! Saying I stole my product that I had paid for. Said they were reviewing the cameras. NEVER AGAIN AM I SHOWING FACE AT THIS STORE!!!!!!!! Need training on customers service. Should get it from the Montgomery/ Eubank store. Especially the guy at the check in counter!

Had a few negative experiences, nothing major, been charged incorrectly a few times. An example being, I asked the cost of "Mac" wax for .5grams, was told $30, but then was charged $60 for .5 grams, luckily I had my receipt.They offer a rewards program, but all my points vanished and even though they could see I hadn't redeemed the points they did nothing to fix my issue, sorta disappointing, c'est la vie.

I will not be returning to this location due to a very disrespectful, condescending and unprofessional person by the name of Joey Jaramillo. If I see him at other Purlife locations I will discontinue our business there all together. My wife will be updating her review soon as well. It's a shame one person can tarnish a brand like that but it's better to never deal with him again. I wouldn't lose any sleep if he no longer was employed there. He treated us very awful. I am glad there are other dispensaries around. Hopefully you guys deal with someone better we have been treated very well but one person one time ruined that. Very different treatment then we are used to. Cant wait to shop around brand loyalty means nothing with someone like that behind the counter who treats customers like they mean nothing. My wife was clearly stereotyped and judged based off her appearance we have never been treated this way. We immediately went to another Purlife just to see how it went and the same exact experience but there were no issues and we did all the same things but this time they gave us no issues and were very polite seems like this guy had a personal issue.
