I had a bad, disrespectful, profiling, and out right horrible experience at the Carlisle / Menaul store. It was all over giving me my product after I had purchased it. Oh, and they gave me product in somebody else

I recently visited this dispensary because online it said they had Cotton Candy at 31% thc for 12$ a gram. When I got there it was 27.7% for 13$ a gram! I drove all the way from the West side of town for it and when I mentioned it to there staff they gave me some lame excuse about oh we ran out of that. How would you not honor your own website or make some concession for the customer. They using the internet to get customers to the store and pulling the bait and switch. I'm a regular customer at the manaul location and I would advise not to go to this location. Iwill never under any circumstance spend my money ther again!!!! I advise anyone thinking of going to purelife to go to the Manaul location and by pass this one! At least you will get a honest Dispensary with good flower who are not scaming there patients. I have cancer and I use i for pain. I can't understand how you charge more for a weeker product but wouldn't at least honor the price you had online! Shaddy buisness practices and you definitly lost me as a customer and anyone who ask me or just considering where to go I will never recommend you!!!!!!!

Exceptionally nice staff!! Being a newbie, I appreciate the time and attention they give to their customers. I was there for almost two hours and Peter was awesome!! He took the time and explained everything and answered all my questions. Extensive amount of knowledge. This will be my go to place when in Albuquerque!

The prices are outrageous, the flower is NOT weighed out in front of you and weighs out short 90% of the time, I don't have a scale, but you aren't getting a gram. The flower is not cured properly as the flower is so wet it clogs up grinder. You are paying extra for water content, this establishment is all about the profit and all about the bottom line. $13.00 or $14.00 gram flower for mediocre quality and mediocre quantity, take your money elsewhere. There ARE some dispensaries that are not just in it for the money, look at other dispensaries that are NOT located in allegedly "Prestigious" Northeast Heights store?? (Pukes), bull, the marijuana all comes from the same distributors. How can Ms. White sell Cannabis for twice the price of Dispensary B that is located two short miles away? The same strain, the same flower, also watch out they will burn you with your money if you let them. Greed will get the best of their dispensaries, only the ones that are in business for the betterment of the customer, the ones that don't accommodate the customer's and cater to profits will fail, I see this dispensary failing, due to greed. Thank God Marijuana will be legalized in a few short months by the New Mexico Legislature and recreational marijuana is fair game, might go up against the Whites they can get away with selling Cannabis short at $14.00 a gram, I know I could do it better and there are several Dispensaries that actually care about the customer. Northeast Heights isn't Beverly Hills it is just as trashy as any place in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It is not superior to buy Cannabis in the Northeast Heights save your money and go to Minerva or somewhere on the Westside, they care about your condition!!!! Stay away from this dispensary use navigation and find another dispensary that will appreciate you!!!!!!!!!
