Feedback:
First I ordered a couple of drinks but the attendant kept messing my order. Finally, I politely told him “sweets, just get me one drink because I am on my lunch break and I don’t have time,” to which he responds “I don’t have time either.” After that, I was charged for extra toppings that I ordered for my drink, but turns out there is no toping in my drink at all. In addition, he did not even return my change. I quietly left the shop, so I won’t interrupt other customers. I called the store to talk to the manager, and the person who attended the phone announced, “this person wants to talk to the manager,” from the back a voice responded “Don’t have time, tell the person to call back in 20 minutes.” I waited for 25 minutes and called again. This time, the person announced again, “this person wants to talk to the manager.” In respond to the phone attendant’s announcement, a voice said “tell that person the manager is gone, tell them to call back tomorrow” I called to give the manager a polite review about the store, but seems like they didn’t care. They mess up my order very frequently, which is fine, but being rude to the customer is not.
