Only dispensary I go to! Friendly, knowledgeable staff that always recommend the best. I prefer the smaller selection as they always have quality product that I know I can’t go wrong with. Employees go above and beyond finding what I am looking for without trying to up-sell more than I need. I appreciate that they start with the cheapest recommendations working up to top shelf to give you a range to choose from in your budget. Staff has given additional discounts just because! Best customer service hands down.

Nice people...but prices?!? For example a .5 ounce for $105 (the cheapest they have)...of snicklefritz which means stems and maybe seeds in plastic packaging. Other stores charge the same for Top Shelf in a jar...$27 for edibles that are $20 or less elsewhere. Once again, nice staff other than the female who is too good to talk to you and is the only one who knows the stock...but, bad prices.

I love this place. The people are amazing, the products are delectable. I'm always happy to see the friendly faces and bright smiles of all the great people at Purple Haze. Nothing quite brightens up my Fridays like some good oils and fine Herb, this is my go to spot. Happy to give them my business and will gladly be a patron for as long as I live in the area. EDIT: After today I won’t be back. They’ve screwed up my order twice. After the second time I went in to exchange the mistake and they said by law they cannot exchange jars. That’s fine, but do something to fix your mistake. Offering 20% isn’t going to cut it. I’ve been a customer for quite a while and I expected a little more customer service than what I received today.You lost a long term customer over a $37 jar...The staff are awesome!! Only place I shop. 🌳🌳🌳

Staff is always very laid back and helpful; I never feel rushed and my usual shy awkwardness is eased by the chill atmosphere. I got a couple prerolls; a dipped Grandaddy Purple, and Salmon River OG. Both have been just lovely; exactly what my aching feet needed after a long day at work!

Racist woman behind the counter.The woman behind the counter at this place is so rude and completely ignores African American individuals that visit this store. There is a consistent issue in regards to her blatant discomfort with Black customers and for some reason the manager allows this behavior. I am absolutely appalled by the treatment I was subjected to while in this store.I will NEVER bring my business here again.

Love the store, I love the building it's in aswell, my favorite thing about purple haze is that I came there to see if they carry the CBD hand and face lotion, I'm on alot of medications that make my skin very dry to where they crack and eventually bleed. Using this soap makes me have skin smoother and younger agian, *considering that i'm only 24yr old.* so thank you so much for being one of the very few places that still are carrying it. And the store is close to my apartment. 🤗

DISCRIMINATION:I was completely ignored the entire time I was in the store. From the moment I walked in - no one greeted me, no one asked me if I need assistance and the girl behind the counter kept helping other customers even though I was next in line. She NEVER acknowledged my being there in the store.I just stood there and she never even looked at me. I am chalking up this experience to utter discrimination.I will never go to this store again due to the fact that I was clearly ignored and discriminated against.

The strains are good and the people are funny and friendly though their prices are high and stock is low. I found cheaper grams that have the same or if not more effect on me from Cascade kropz. Like I said good atmosphere but the prices are a little too high for their selections. If you want more reasonable pricing, selections and a great or similar high then Cascade Kropz is more down your path. It's a little of a drive if you live in Everett but it's worth it honestly.

Stopped in to try it, had a good selection and menus but the budtenders weren't hearing my questions and answered with questions. Not incredibly knowledgeable about concentrates. Got an incredible zip of Dutch Bros. Got convinced to sign up on the spot for a discount and wasn't given the discount ... Idk, prob just keep trying other spots
