Feedback:

This has been a disaster to order from them. No one answers the phones, half the phone options to talk to someone dont work, and in general, calling does no good. I preordered online. While they dont do delivery on weekends, I set the delivery for the following monday. (Fine by me, I'm not in a hurry that much). I chose a delivery time after I'm off work, because ya know.. work... I get a call on Monday morning to confirm my delivery. Lady who called me says they already sent the delivery out. Its 10 am and they said it will be atmyhouse at 11. Great... so I take off for lunch. And I am home when the delivery driver arrives. Turns out they didnt give the driver my order.... uh... what?!?..So they will have to come back later. I then get a text that my order wasnt completed with a phone number to call if I have any questions. But get this.. said number doesnt work either! At this point not sure if I will ever get my order..... let's see what happens next...
