Tenay didn't want to help me figure out which product to use so I asked for a manager. Anthony took my call and wouldn't even let me finish saying what I had to say before he was talking over me giving me excuses and told me I had to come in to talk to a budtendar to know what product I should buy. Even after I explained to both of them that I wanted to have it delivered and didn't know what to buy. He kept interrupting me when I was talking and kept talking over me. then said he was putting me on hold and hung up on me wow I guess I'm going to take my business somewhere else Where they could take 2 seconds to help me decide which product I need to buy

It's a nice place. They don't have much in regards to retail or paraphanelia items for sale. Could use a bit more "Decor" for a more welcoming , comfort feeling. If you want a convenient location to get your Cannabis this is centrally located. Don't forget your ID.Nice staff. Cash Only.

This WAS my go to dispensary... Loved how cheap and good the bubba cones WERE. Just yesterday i went to buy my usual order was very satisfied they were HUGE until i tasted them.. Seriously tasted like pure tobacco had no marijuana taste to it i even took it apart. It looks like grass. I get they are pretty cheap but really? I could have kust bought a box of nasty cigarettes in that case. I don't think ill ever need your services again . 35 dollars in the trash .... Smfh

Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great products and quality service. If you’re looking for the pest product dollar for dollar hands down it’s the CRU and High-garden strains. Whether you’re looking for an indica sativa or hybrid they deliver every time with fresh product that’ve been recently packaged and fully delivers that perfect high. At the price point and quality you’ll always be satisfied which is why it’s my go to every time.

I used to be a regular of another club and it has just gone downhill since I first went in there. Purple lotus is everything you want to expect from a cannabis store. Majority of the staff is super Professional and friendly and very welcoming. And their prices aren't even that bad. I got 10% off as a first time customer. Consider me a new regular.

The care providers do a tremendous job!! Their extremely tentative and do a fantastic job convincing us ( the paying customers ) that they really care. My first visit was yesterday, ( well, that's not actually accurate....its now past midnight, therefore, technically, it was TWO days ago....but anyway, what I'm trying to say is that the beautiful young lady who assisted me AND helped with my needs is very attentive, courteous, and have I already mentioned how beautiful she is??? I'm sorry!! That was an insult!!! This woman is GORGEOUS, by ALL means!!! U know who u are, probably smiling from ear to ear, KNOWING how true I am!!In all actuality, I'm giving HER stars!!!Truth be told, she could damn near bout have my heart, as well.....

This has been a disaster to order from them. No one answers the phones, half the phone options to talk to someone dont work, and in general, calling does no good. I preordered online. While they dont do delivery on weekends, I set the delivery for the following monday. (Fine by me, I'm not in a hurry that much). I chose a delivery time after I'm off work, because ya know.. work... I get a call on Monday morning to confirm my delivery. Lady who called me says they already sent the delivery out. Its 10 am and they said it will be atmyhouse at 11. Great... so I take off for lunch. And I am home when the delivery driver arrives. Turns out they didnt give the driver my order.... uh... what?!?..So they will have to come back later. I then get a text that my order wasnt completed with a phone number to call if I have any questions. But get this.. said number doesnt work either! At this point not sure if I will ever get my order..... let's see what happens next...

This is the spot that I was looking forward to reviewing. I have never been personally inside there but all my friends that go there go in there sad and come out happy and broke. So do with that what you will hahaha. If you like being happy go ahead and try it out see what you can grab for yourself. I don't smoke or use cannabis products, but whoever uses them that's their choice.

This place is really nice. Amazing product available. Their service is top tier, particularly for a disabled person. I went during happy hour on christmas day, thinking it would be pretty slow and quiet, to find the place bustling. There was a long line that ended up moving pretty fast. I was welcomed by the staff and taken to the side to sit down and just let them know when I was ready. Only downside is that it's pretty pricey. Huge ups for service and being open on holidays.

Like most San Jose dispensaries, the only real value here is the building the dispensary is in. Everything else is bad.Prices are way high for generic quality products, menu is visually obnoxious, and the staff is pushy as hell.Just another uncomfortable, price gouging buying experience in San Jose.
