What was the best part of the experience?

The support at the beginning of onboarding

What would you change about the experience?

Terrible onboarding experience, cancelled kick off call appointments several times and never answered emails. Tried to sell you extra features that were not worth the hype. Sales coordination was disorganized and a huge chaotic mess.
