I came in with my emotional support animal, a small well mannered 15 lb westy, and was told she could not be inside the dispensary. I asked even though she is an emotional support animal and the lady said absolutely not very rudely and stern. But I talked to my lawyer and he said that they have to let me and my emotional support animal in legally. I didnt want to be that guy and cause a scene but can the ower please let me know if she was right because my lawyer said legally they cant turn us down. And I was trying to max out my flower purchase so now my money goes to nice dispensary down the road every day

Would give less stars if I could totally rude shut down early on a Saturday. Said that there was other patients inside waiting when there was no one inside and no cars in the parking lot. I drove clear from Canyon city to try to make it there. I called before hand and was told if I make it there by 8:45 I’d be OK I made it at 8:42 and was refused. They will never get any of my business hopefully they don’t get yours either.

I loved this place until today new manager lady super rude.I guess they can’t afford WiFi that works so I can’t buy nothing today when I was there 3 times in last 2 weeks and never had a problem.Oh well they lost a great customer for life I’m sure the owners would not appreciate losing good quality customers.......She was rude and yes she tried to help with the WiFi that never works.This is not the first time I’ve tried to email your company my card..My phone worked the entire time I was there and I was able to read emails and send emails to customers.So I think it’s something to due with the WiFi.I i used enjoy speaking with every employee every time I have been until this time.Maybe it’s the wrong time of the month I don’t know but I do I spend good money and never had a problem or complaint until today.There are plenty of other great dispensary that are able to take my card or email.Good luck

Quality choice really has something special going on. I have been going there consistently for a few months now and I will not be changing that any time soon. The people are friendly, the extracts are tasty, and the atmosphere makes me want to come back. I recommend this place to anyone searching for quality products from a knowledgeable and friendly staff. I will be heading back this weekend and I hope to see some new faces coming in as well.

This was my first time visiting Quality Choice ACC and I picked this one by the reviews and they were spot on right. My bud advisor spent time with me answering questions, making suggestions and letting me see and smell the flowers I was interested in. I have to say, the weed I got which was two different types of hybrids were incredible, with the high from both perfect and long lasting. This is now my go to spot for future flower purchases.

Im not necessarily an easy customer. So far at least, they try to make sure I leave at least satisfied, and at most with a smile on my face. Rebecca. She’s a firecracker. Lots of knowledge and info, and is willing, if not enthusiastic, to go the extra inch to help out. Even though it seems our personalities don’t mesh well, she went out of her way to provide great service today. Though that should be expected of a customer service associate, it also deserves recognition.

I called before I went in to discover costs of the flower, When I arrive I was told an alternate cost. Was in there the day preceding and same thing happen yet the individual disclosed to me Friday it would be less expensive. So I went in Friday NOPE not less expensive it was 20.00 more then the day preceding for a similar strain same weight and everything WHAT ?!?!?! How does that work??? Not glad by any means! Drove the distance there for no reason, When I asked the blonde young lady y it is 20.00 dollars more today then yesterday and why when I called they disclosed to me this cost and now its this, And shouldn't something be said about the deal the young lady enlightened me concerning that occurs on Fridays she couldn't give me a reason or an answer, didn't appear to care or endeavor to get down to the bottom of it. What a joke, Very despondent, client benefit at this place sucks. On the off chance that you need to be misled this is the place for you however I won't be back!

Amazing. Nikki, Emily, Priscilla and Chris are super helpful and learn your likes and dislikes very quickly. Only had one problem. Adam. His attitude is very bad. If he was the only one working id leave and come back. Ive never dealt with someone in customer service as nasty as him.The quality of product is really good. I moved my plants to them because of the friendliness and quality of product. Thanks QC!!!

Quality Choice is the name of this place, distinguishable by the Colorado flag-inspired sign. The location is not a secret, but you might have trouble with the street layout over by Boulder and Circle. Inside, the friendly employee was helpful in explaining the menu. Founded from a private operation, this shop specializes in Medical grade flower and concentrates.I was impressed with the quality of the buds: frosty, aromatic, and fluffy!The concentrates come in a glass container, which is nice too. Quality Choice has quality products :)
