This review is overdue. I took DAT exam in May 2017 and I had great experience at this testing center. My appointment was at 8am. The staff was friendly and helpful. They explained everything that I needed to know before my test. My computer was not super new but it worked great. For my test, I was provided 2 laminated grid papers and 2 markers. If I needed anything during the test, I just raised my hand. Overall, I had great experience. Will definitely come back in the future if I need testing service.

I took my DAT here. The center was great and professional. However, I had to give low stars because the monitors they are using are extra wide screen, so with the test zoomed to fill the entire screen, it caused the text and images to be more elongated. This became a major hurdle when taking the PAT section of the test where I depend on the images to be proportional to the way the test was written due to the tiny 3 degree differences I’m supposed to be able to recognize in angles and rotated 3D dimensional views of an object. I got a lower score than I expected to get and this was supposed to be my strongest section on the test. The staff was understanding and helped me file a report to the ADA on the spot to explain the issue and maybe I’ll be granted a retake - which I will definitely have to do at another location.

Pple at this place have lack expetienced and understanding judging people, even its their fault they can be threatening to candidates who just want to get exam done and not wanting to do anything with them. They overuse this 'power ' so wrong. They're just ridiculous peolple who work there.
