The manager —which I’m pretty sure was the manager because he was the only white guy among a white female and a couple black men employees— is extremely rude. He will argue relentlessly with a customer to prove he is right. If you avoid the manager (the white guy) you might find some decent pot (not the best quality, just okay) and the clerks are nice (not like their boss, if you avoid him you’ll have an okay buying experience; even though your information might get stolen. Who knows what kind of privacy, standards and ethics this “Pot Shop” upholds. With a shady power-hungry manager, who knows what they do with the information they scan from ID cards (THEY KEEP ALL OF YOUR INFORMATION). BUYER BEWARE.

So kind of unsatisfied with my first visit to this shop. Upon walking in there was three employees chatting amongst themselves and none of them were welcoming at all really. So I asked one of them if they could tell me if they had any deals and so they answered with “yeah we do” and so I waited to be told some of the deals and instead I got “it depends on what u want” well I just told the guy what I was wanting which was to know what deals they had. So I looked in the cases and decided to ask if they had any Acapulco Gold and got the answer “I’m not sure, what we have is basically in the case all of our pre-rolls” so I asked what about in ur flowers and got “well in our pre-rolls we have ‘72 Colombian Gold” so I thought to myself awesome I ask about flowers and they tell me about their pre-rolls. So I decided to get the Colombian gold because it said I would get two .75g each joints. Well that’s not what I got plus after further inspection these joints are pretty old with having a harvest date of 11/01/17 so needless to say I’m not very happy with my experience there. Attached pics are of my joints.Word of advice when visiting here before u purchase make sure to check what the harvest date is of ur weed before u buy!

This is my favorite shop in all of Seattle. The store always has the best selection. I have brought my friends and relatives from out of town and everyone is blown away with the selection and the amazing customer service. All of the bud tenders are extremely knowledgeable about the products and very willing to take the time to help me select the product I want. Follow them on Instagram- they will often post the Dog of the day pictures! Shout out to my favorite bud tender- Nicole. She absolutely rocks.

I have patronized the Pot Shop countless times since moving to Seattle, and every experience solidifies my loyalty. I find every aspect of this place to exceed expectations, leading to my disappointment with nearly every other vendor in town. Each bud-tender is knowledgeable, friendly and honest with you regarding value and options. Service is always as prompt as possible, and they move you through the queue quickly on busy days. They have a nice flow of vendor days offering discounts, a wake and bake special, and a VIP program to ensure you're appreciated. 420 here was an absolutely amazing value, with deals exceeding 50-60% off in some cases. Always a good deal or two here. I have yet to find a store offering a better combination of service, offerings and value and at this point have stopped looking. While the Pot Shop isn't winning any clever name awards, everything else about it makes the experience worth returning for.

I was in on Saturday and a slim gentleman in his late 20's to early 30's wearing a baseball hat, whose name I can't recall, was extremely helpful and knowledgable about vape cartridges as I am new to this conveyer of cannabis. I also picked up a Pioneer Square, but I was short a dollar. I was going to take it off but he forgave the missing dollar and sent me on my way. I go here not only out of proximity but also professional representatives and genuine niceness, like letting a dollar slide.

The girl with the weird hair sold me some weed a week ago. I asked for one thing and she gave me another and she wouldn’t stop talking to the other girls who work there. The first few times I went in I was helped by the fat dude and he was awesome. But the last few experiences have left a bad taste in my mouth. The weed was subpar for a 15$ gram and the girl couldn’t stop running her mouth about anime. I’m done with the pot shop, going to try reef

Was in there last week. It took almost 10 mins for anyone other then the ID person to acknowledge and help me, even though they had 5 employees and one customer. Never seem to be very knowledgeable, or maybe uninterested in helping. And though it took 10 mins to help me, they had time to go tell at the homeless man outside three times.

This was a pleasant experience for me and my mates. The area is very lavish, which is refreshing. Most of the shops are either in busy areas or in the middle of nowhere. Although, this wasn't a horrible place, we gave a less than par rating because if you don't live in this area the odds of visiting here are scarce... There was nothing outstanding that would make me feel like I need to come here for my weed.

Although this used to be my favorite neighborhood bar, Dexter Hayes, the recently converted Pot Shop is a welcome addition. Always a great staff with quality selection for being a smaller shop. They’re small only in size; they’ve got a surprisingly diverse selection - only bringing in the highest quality product due to the shelf space being at a premium. There’s easy parking right out front; almost always available. They’ve got great hours for that late night, last minute pick up. The people are what make it great - always cool and even more knowledgeable when you need it. As with any pot shop, be prepared with your ID in hand when you walk in - an annoying state law; but they make it easy on you. Clean, convenient, easy to navigate, always quick and definitely dope.

Well, I know that most people reading this review would agree that anyone foolish enough to write a review on a pot shop is looking to be blacklisted by the feds, but I will take the chance. The store is extremely well organized and well staffed with good, stoney folks willing to answer questions and then laugh at everything you say. Good spot for edibles, too.
