I went into the store at 4:40 on a Saturday to get a flu shot. There was one lady in line ahead of me. When it was my turn it was 4:45 and I asked to get a flu shot and the pharmacist told me no because she was closing in 5 minutes and didn't have time. SERIOUSLY!?!?!?! You have 15 minutes and that's what you're there to do! Terrible customer service! Will not go back there again for ANYTHING!

Unbelievable! Stood there for a few minutes no greeting. The main pharmacist (male) went to drive thru customer before me although he knew I was there first. The female assistant saw me looked at me and went to placing pills on the cabinet. Then finally she said oh are you waited on the pharmacist. I will not have any of my prescriptions at this location any more. Customer service is very important. Always!!!I went to the manager on duty to let him know before I reported this he said oh okay, and now you have my rating. 12:50 on May 26, 2019.

This review is based on one visit only, I have been going to this pharmacy for over 15 years and I normally praise the hard-working staff and the pharmacists who have helped me in many ways over the years. However, the June 1st change in narcotic laws have obviously turned pharmacists into rude people who care nothing about the customers who come for prescription filling. It is clear that they would rather not fill any narcotics. The pharmacist here, who I have supported for years, started yelling at me because I called with a question. He assumed what he thought I was calling for instead of listening to the entire question and proceeded to yell at me like an ex-wife, I assume in front of his staff. I hung up and certainly will consider going elsewhere. On the other hand, this CVS is close and I will not let anyone dictate where I wish to get my scripts filled. The relationship here certainly will change though. I am a valuable customer who had a question. I deserved to be listened to and given a proper answer.

THE PHARMACIST AT THIS LOCATION, ROSETTE, IS ABSOLUTELY THE MOST RIDIUCLOUS, RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON YOU WILL COME ACROSS. SHE GOES OUT OF HER WAY TO MAKE CUSTOMERS IRRIRATED AND WHETHER OR NOT YOUR SCRIPT WILL BE FILLED IS DEPENDENT UPON THE MOOD SHE IS IN, WHICH IS 9/10 TIMES A POOR ONE. THIS WOMAN DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE EMPLOYED BY CVS AND IS CAUSING THIS LOCATION TO GO DOWNHILL, VERY QUICKLY. IT’S FEBRUARY 3rd AND THEY’VE HAD MY SCRIPT SINCE DECEMBER 7th, SO IVE HEARD EVERY EXCUSE IN THE BOOK BUT IT’S ALL B.S. AS THIS PHARMACIST HAS ISSUES IN THE WAY SHE HANDLES CUSTOMER ENCOUNTERS. GOODBYE CVS - AND YOU CAN THANK ROSETTE FOR SUCH BEING THE CASE. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

I wish I could give this location 0 stars. As a Physician Assistant, I understand the serious issue of drug diversion in this country, however, when someone brings in a script for 30 pain tablets, I don't expect to have an issue. My brother was in a serious car accident 5 days ago and was just released from the hospital after surgery. I took his prescription for pain medications which was written for THIRTY tablets, and the pharmacist looked at me and said she didn't have them in stock because my brother also does not have health insurance. Such BS. When I confronted her about why she would not fill the prescription she turned her head and walked away, treating me like I was homeless and asking for 180 tablets. I then asked her to pull a MAPS report on my brother just so that she could see he has never been prescribed a pain medication before; she continued to avoid eye contact and walked even further away. I was in such disbelief and so utterly offended I pulled all my prescriptions from this location. I have been getting my prescriptions at this pharmacy for 10+ years and apparently that does not matter. It's sad that pharmacists can't have a little compassion and empathy towards people that truly need pain control. If you no longer carry those traits working the in health industry, then I suggest you change careers. Worst experience I have ever had in any retail establishment in my 28 years of living.

Rudest pharmacist I have ever encountered. She was an older blond woman. Medication was not available and she refused to see if the medication was in stock elsewhere. I was in the drive thru and when I was inquiring about if the medication would come in soon as I could wait a day she just shook her head through the window and didn't even open it or pick up the phone to talk to me. Needless to say I will not be trying this pharmacy again.
