Gone down hill, the constantly changing menu is a turn off, the lack of interest by either management or owners, and the constant misinformation by employees on the phone has really put me off this place. Got tired of going in only to discover the item I wanted was discontinued, caviar, peanut brittle, sugar, mixed bags of popcorn buds, seven dollar Saturday, etc etc. I find Urban Wellness is a much better place to do business with.

Last time I go to the nob hill location. I got rushed out by P because I was talking about the medication too much. All the staff knows I talk a lot. But she rushed me out even though there was no one else waiting. I know all the staff will reconcgnize my name.
