Yesterday was actually the first time I ever really had to wait for any amount of time out of all the months I've been visiting the Rabbit hole. But that's ok with me I was there to redeem my 5points bonus & I got to have one of my favorite bud tenders help me out. Its always nice to find someone that understands the meaning of high tolerance. And you always give me good advice on new ways to try it. I'm gonna have to try the Mason jar method this week. Sounds real appetizing. Thanks Allen for your personalized service ???

Friendly staff and a good selection of product. I was delighted to learn and find out the flower I was purchasing was Organic. The atmosphere was lively but calm, parking was a breeze and was greeted by a friendly face upon arrival & check in.Definitely recommend this place for any and all medical patient's.

I really used to enjoy coming over here for something different on occasion but I think this is my last time... Since I started coming here, the point system said 5 visits and I get a free 8th of my choice. I'm sure I've done 5 visits, but apparently point system changed and I needed 1 more point. So I did their review and got it, only to find out that I don't get any choice, but their brand, but when I picked out the 1 eighth in their brand that I liked, it's the last one in the display and I can't get it. So I get stuck with a free 8th of a strain Kat thought I liked, I don't, I wanted PURPLE PUNCH, I'll go elsewhere for now on where they actually honor their point system with the reward advertised.

God Bless Rabbit hole and God Bless James! I had been informed on my previous visit I'd get my Penny eighth but that wasn't the case, and over emotional me accidentally started breaking down (super embarrassing sorry!) in the store. So James took pity on me and kept the discount. What an amazing person thank you he didn't have to do but he wanted to help me out! Rabbit hole on 23rd and Villa deserves ALL the business!!!!
