I was disappointed with my pizza. I ordered a medium pan Pizza and it was severely burned and arrived late. I have ordered in the past but it has been getting worse and worse. I think I'm moving on from Domino's. Delivery took almost 55 minutes and the place is literally right down the street. The pizza was sticking to the top of the box which looked like the driver got into an accident with my pizza in the car. Unbelievable..

LUV THE FOOD & QUALITY. PIZZA DELIVERY GUYS SAY "HI" WHEN THEY SEE CUSTOMERS. IN MY OPINION, THE CASHIERS AREN'T THAT FRIENDLY. THEY NEED TO LEARN BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. ALMOST EVERY TIME I GO THERE, THEY DON'T SMILE, OR SEEM HAPPY TO BE AT WORK. ALMOST LIKE IT'S A CHORE. IT'S BEEN LIKE THAT FOR YRS AT THIS LOCATION. OTHERWISE, I'M A REGULAR CUSTOMER 'CUZ I ENJOY THEIR DELICIOUS FOOD... ESP THE PIZZA.

I called multiple times over two hours, they said they were going to bring the pizza out to me, but nothing. After hours of waiting, I asked the manager to cancel. She ask the phone employee what happened and he got angry and started cursing in Spanish, probably thinking I didn’t speak it. I’m not sure if we did something wrong but we gave them multiple opportunities to deliver us an order and eventually, we just needed to eat.
