I called them just now about how our puppy just ripped my brothers shirt and made a big hole that not even I can hand sew without making it look like scar face. That wouldn’t be a problem, however we got it last year when we were vacationing and we live in Ohio. They went over and above and will definitely make my brothers birthday with helping me out!!! Honestly the best customer service I have ever had. Like with anything. I highly appreciate you guys and know it will make his birthday. Thank you x1000 times over.

I been going there for a while now and was a fan intill I just went in today friday to get there $25 eigth deal because money is tight right now and they said they ran out was trying to get me to get a eigth that was more expensive normal price that's how they do there loyal customers? If they say $25 eigth fridays they should have it intill they close don't think I will be coming back and I'm going to tell my family friends and co works not too also unless they can make it right.

Place wasn't that busy. Attendant with hoodie, took my identification then took a personal call and he didn't give me back my license for 15 minutes... I was kind of in a hurry especially after that. The store clerk, recognizing I was from Oregon, told me I wouldn't find any product as high potency as Oregon. He said I could find better product from others. They steered me towards their top shelf products and... I was disappointed and ended up giving it away.

I like the friendly staff here but it feels too rushed. Almost like they just want to get you in and out rather than letting you see and smell the product at your leisure. If you need to get in and out fast then this is your place, if you want to spend some time looking over what you want I would suggest that you go elsewhere.

A great dispensary with great product! I love the Tropical Heat and Gold Leaf the best. They have deals and flash sales all the time, with a great customer rewards program. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and answer any of your questions, without making you feel rushed yet I somehow still never have to wait long at all when I come in here. 5 stars!

I love this place!!! Best experience ever. Best products in town! & their brand of Canamo Vapes...WOW! Not only do they make their own brand of vapes and edibles, but they take the time to educate you on how they make them. They are so friendly and they make you feel like you’re part of their team. It’s just such a positive and happy environment every time I go in. They also have the BEST loyalty program in the state. Literally everywhere else, you can only redeem for merchandise or paraphernalia but not here! You can redeem for product and it’s so dope. They are expanding soon too and I can’t wait to see it!! I just love LOVE love Raspberry Roots. If you’re going anywhere else, I’m telling you...you’re making a huge mistake. Go HERE!
