Not allowed in. Kid at counter asked me to leave due to having a firearm, no signs posted about not having one but the kid working didn't like it. And for the owners reply I was only an escort, and am happy to comply with all firearms laws. And would have never even stepped in if there was a sign. Will not be a problem not coming back to your establishment.

I like Red Run because this company was the 1st place I went to n wow they got it all, there’s others for sure but Red Run became my place to get all that I need. There’s only 2 other dispensary I go to besides Red Run. I wish everybody there a safe n healthy week, so all u employees there wash ur hands n I hope you all enjoy ur summer if it ever gets here lol.

Received a automated text message of an advertisement for their new THC crystals.........looks like crystal meth. Called to notify the company that they were distributing pictures that look like meth, and that they should use better discretion. Lady answered the phone was very rude and short with me. Told me that if I didn't like what they were sending that I could reply "stop" to the messages and I would be taken off their message list. Did just that because of the lack of customer service, rudeness of their employee and poor judgment.

Find at least half the cannabis supplies youll ever need here lol. A lil pricy yes but if time is an issue this place and high bush and phat tops are the places to go for your complete cannabis experience lol. Im 420 friendly. Nonetheless use responsibly. Remember you drink or drive high, its a dui. So dont get carried away kpd doesnt play games, i know this. Still doesnt make em right just telling you because it would be irresponsiblr of me not to.

Sorry about bad review but....Purchased a total of 10 prerolls.All smelled like alfalfa.All were wet. Set them out on a bookshelf to cure.After 4 days in alaska 2 were still too wet to even force to burn. It was almost like someone's first ever attempt at growing/curing. Terrible. Do not waste your $$$$$Wait for them to figure out how to grow and cure first.

I am not a very experienced cannabis smoker and started for my daily/nightly tremors and I live in Kenai so Red Run seemed like a good place to start! I was not wrong for making this my first stop! Not only was the nice adorable blonde behind the counter very helpful and full of information and answered my many questions without me feeling like an inconvenience and was polite enough to greet/address to the customers who walked in that she would attend to them shortly , also taught me what to look for in certain strains and what type of plant that we be good for me to try like stativa and indica! The place was super clean and (the blonde girl was cleaning the glass as i came in) very tidy and productive! I would highly recommend this store for first time users if you would like to know what your smoking instead of walking in and have rude people throw your stuff in a bag and out the door you go! Also the establishment is cash only, not knowing that I only had 20 dollars and didn't have my card but the wonderful blonde who helped me was kind enough to extend 2 dollars out of her tip jar so I could get girl scout cookies instead of a pre-rolled cannabis!

Worst experience I have had. There employee Ryan has ran us off by shooting off his mouth at customers. While the doors are being unlocked he chased customers away..We won't be back, we love the variety in the way there are so many other clubs. With employees who actually like there jobs. My advice to red run would be to let go shotty employees and or at least teach them how to talk to customers. Red run I ask you one simple question. " iS this clown someone you really want representing you company? " Your not so pleased no longer customers
