Great if you want burnt carts, and they refuse to exchange or replace the cart you bought if its defective ? I've been coming here for a long time and I'm not returning. Thanks for wasting my time with the 30 minute wait

Alright so I use this spot for cheap rolling weed. Shake deals they have here are pretty decent I'm updating my review because they had better shake this time (last was basically trim) this time its back to what id expect.Reason I'm doing a 4 is id really like to see you guys drop an online ordering menu which would make this a 5 easy. Keep in mind I obly buy shake from these guys and the one time they had super cheap moon rocks.Bit of a tangent but before I end it id like to give a shoutout to Tabitha she was my budtender today and is among the top 3 of people ive interacted with there. If you can clone her. Do it.

They have a great deal on shake. They showed me the two choices, I chose the sweet sweet. it was decent, tiny chunks of bud, crystals. The lady told me she would go get more from the back, came back with a huge bag of chopped up trim. Not a single bud. No crystals. GARBAGE.

Came in yesterday afternoon and there were like 20 workers but only like 6 actually do anything but walk around. Two cashiers then she wouldnt even give me time to grab change out my pocket.said I had to hurry because they were busy uhh first of all read the definition of customer service because It took you 20 minutes to ring only 2 people ahead of me in line but I have to hurry. Very rude and I would say she is a (see you in tee) and needs to be fired. Good place for product but other places will treat me like a customer rather than just a burden .

Tim was the rudest person I've ever come in contact with in a customer service position. I literally watched people walk out after being treated badly by Tim. He half the time doesn't speak and when he does it is short an condescending. I came here for the shake and that has even lost its quality. I wonder what store will lease this space next? Redeye is on the way out, for whoever owns them!!!

This establishement was nice when I first started going. They actually had good shake and pricing. But, all great things must come to an end. 1.) Budtenders are not well trained 2.) Not enough cashier's 3.) The shake is terrible more trim then anything 4.) Not well managed5.) Long lines and NO direction This place needs new management and well informed budtenders. The main product that they sell (Shake) is now full of trim not shake from the buds. I use to recommend this place now I refuse until you change.
