Feedback:
Our server, Nina, was fabulous! She would get 5 stars. The food was less than. We had the Spinach Artichoke appetizer, which had carrots that looked old and must have been frozen at some point because they were gross. The fries were excellent! I had the cod and shrimp plate and it was not like the picture in the menu. There were 6 little shrimp and 2 SMALL pieces of cod.

Went to your restaurant yesterday mainly because my daughter has celiac and she likes your GF buns. Upon receiving her food she noticed the bun that like shoe leather to chew and cold in the middle, as if they took it out of the freezer and warmed in a microwave. She sent it back with explanation and asked for another. We thought our bill was high but didn’t check it thoroughly until later to find out we were charged for both burgers. We will never go to Red Robin in Normal again and won’t recommend. Too bad because we went there often when in the Twin Cities.

We were here for Illinois state university family weekend! We love you, Tiara😻. Okay in between activities we all decided it was dinner time and Red Robin never disappoints...they had many kinds of burgers and I had a chicken sandwich, I heard their spinach dip is delicious and you must try their lemonade drinks which come in various favors..our favorites were the Purple one and the strawberry&lemon. There's a parking lot, bathroom and they even have a chalkboard in the waiting area..how cool is that! Enjoy......

I’ve been a fan of Red Robin since I was a kid and they have never disappointed me. This location was able to continue to great experience and offered amazing food that was cooked right. The people they hire from what I’ve been exposed to seem to be very kind and carrying people. They are constantly checking up on me to make sure we had everything we needed. I have been very pleased with this place and will definitely be going back!

The service was top notch. My son is allergic to eggs, Kimmy brought over an iPad so he could check out the ingredients to make sure that whatever he ordered was okay for him to eat. Now how many places have you been do that for you? That was a first for me. The sweet potato fries were the best and the burgers were, well I can't talk with a mouth full. Sorry.

This was a great experience. If I could give it 6 stars then I would. The food was great & the service was even better. 5 of us ordered & asked for various options for our meals. 1 of us asked that a sauce be on the side for their main item. It wasn't on the side when we got the item so we asked about it. The waitress apologized & went to remake it. The manager came by & took it off of our bill. It wasn't that big a deal to us but he insisted. The remade food was brought out quickly & was great so this was exemplary service in my opinion.

Tasty food and good service. We had the chili burger, Cobb salad, and grilled cheese. They were all good. Our server was very attentive.Pro tip, if you're bringing kids, make sure to bring their tablets. The one on the table costs $2 if used.

The burgers are quite good, and they'll prepare them medium-rare, unlike most burger places. The prices are fairly steep, but that's to be expected. This place also has all-you-can-drink root beer floats, which is great for a root beer float person. The noise level is a little more than I care for, but the crowd is younger and usually that way. Overall, if you have maybe $30 for two people to eat burgers, this is a good choice.

Ate here for the first time over the weekend. Pretty impressed with the food. Service was great too. I like the different burgers and the idea of endless side options (Although after my huge burger, the first fry serving was plenty.) Lost a star because our table wasn't very clean and had actual puddles of water all over it. But I'd still return.

I would have given five Stars, but the host/hostess process was a hot mess. They seemed flustered. Granted, it was 5:00 pm on a Friday, but it was only starting to get busy. They should have been more on top of it. Plus, it doesn't help that there is very little waiting space. It got crowded fast with just a few people.The waitress staff was very good. The food was great. Very good experience, other than the way it started. We'll go back again.
