my mom and dad lives there for 12 years, Dad passed away and Mom continues to live there. It is a beautiful place. The best is it is adjacent to UC student's union and cafe. A short walk of 10 mins (for my dad) he would be eating with the students of UC Berkeley. He used to walk to Berkeley library or College Ave for a cup of coffee or meet a friend. Surrounded with Redwood trees, tennis court, a UC Berkeley owned indoor swimming pool, which brought many young children to the facility. No other place is like this place. Unfortunately this place has a 5 years waiting list.
