For the most part, the customer service is on point. My boyfriend and I have been going to Reef for almost a year now. Lately, when we have tried to order online, the prices have been fluctuating. We usually pay whatever price is posted online, which is what drew us to start going to Reef in the first place. However, lately the explanation I have been given is "the price on there is before tax or doesn't include tax." That reason would valid if the price of the product matched what was on our receipt. If something is advertised for 8.47 (before tax) online, but then the price for that exact item is listed as 10.57 before tax on my receipt??? The money isn't an issue. It's the advertisement issue. It almost feels like they pick and choose when to add tax and when to not. Prices haven't been matching lately and not every worker will fix it to price match. Otherwise, the staff is absolutely amazing and the atmosphere is great.

Great staff, super friendly and informative. Kimberly and Crystal were very helpful and gave great recommendations. Overall great experience for my 1st time in a legal shop. I would highly recommend visiting if you have the opportunity. Again big thanks to Kimberly and Crystal for all the help and recommendations.

Was very excited about coming here as I stop by a dispensary every time I visit Vegas.I had 3 friends with me and as soon as I walk up to ask a few questions about the product some skinny girl with tattoos gave me a look like I was wasting her time asking any questions. She was short on her answers and made me feel like I was a burden on her to do anything other than grab something and go.I was there maybe 1-2 min tops and decided this isn

Hubby has been here twice before and we had a pit stop in Vegas on our way to a job. For such a busy place they were pretty quick and very helpful. Hand you a list of what they have when you walk in. You get to view all the lotions and bath bombs and all while you're in line. Everyone seemed very friendly and helpful. All in all a wonderful experience. They should have at least one shop everywhere they can.

Came here for our vacation the second dispensary we visited this one was more laid back. You wait in line then you go up to the counter and the person will help you with your purchase. I liked we got handed a menu upon entering. We actually got a gram of the Pink Panties we very much enjoyed it! The hybrid edibles were a miss I felt no effect from them. But all in all it was a cool place
