Very friendly and helpful people... and most surprisingly , the budtender that served me was young and I didn't think he knew any thing... I just went into the store to check out some flower and when I asked the bud tender if I could look at some product she said no, then as I left for the exit she tried telling me she was joking. Maybe they should take their job seriously or they will lose good customers like myself

Cannajuice seals have been off the last few times I bought them. Very disappointing as I'm losing product. Great product, just lousy deals nowadays. Service here is great for the most part. I've had very few budtenders that didnt listen and made me feel rushed. It's nice to have a budtender that tells me exactly what's good about what so I'm walking out with exactly what I'm looking for. Vincent is very knowledgeable about the products they offer here. Tbh I might shop around for flower. The selection here hasn't been great since KK sold out. Hug bummer cause this is my favorite place to get herb.

I've been in reno for 4 years now, and I have gone to a few dispensaries once it was legal. And each time I keep coming back to the Reef. Not only for Friendly faces, they also know their product, and help me choose what is best for myself. They have really great flower, fluffy and fresh, some super crystallized. The prices may seem a little steep but you are totally getting what you pay for. I always attend the location in Sparks, and Francesca is always amazing and super friendly when assisting people as well as myself.
