SUPER friendly staff, good pricing, excellent recommendations, great products! I've been to a couple other dispensaries around the area, but have never liked them as much as these guys. The staff knows their stuff, and have always taken the time to recommend things they enjoy, and have always made me feel right at home and comfortable! I usually always go into the store, but since COVID, their curbside pick up has been fantastic, easy, and quick! Love everything about this place!

So let me get this straight My friend and I drive over in a car together. Get out of the car to go inside of your store. But you won't let us shop together you're going to make us separate by 6 ft and then check out together at different cashiers because of your social distancing rules keeping in mind that we drove over together in the same car and your entire staff is behind plexiglass and we wore masks. And oh by the way your staff does not adhere to the 6-foot rule and they're wearing masks So why do we?

Sad to say I wont return to this location because of the quality of products. I bought some shatter and when I opened it all of it was melted all over the wax paper. Then I went to exchange it and was informed that all sales were final even though when I called them they said I can take it back to the store for an exchange so they wasted my time with having me go back and dont honor what they say over the phone.

I just found a bunch of Reef bags while moving that I don’t know what to do with. I really do not u defat and why they have you an entire plastic/nylon bag that is non-recyclable and definitely not eco-friendly. I feel really bad throwing them away but what else should I do with them? Keep them in my closet to collect dust? Us humans have a serious problem with waste and I would really hope that Reef comes out with more sustainable bags, as well as packing it for its marijuana products.

Told the the guy about my arthritis , my hard time sleeping .... I asked him what he would recommend he said a couple but recommended the stuff on sale I bought an 1/8 but wish I would've got an ounce... White Sangria .... recommended to stay home has a kick... Very good pain relief ... The staff that I encountered was very friendly very knowledgeable and worth the price

Reef is the dispensary I haunt because the personnel is just over the top amazing and I have never met an budtender I didn't like but I absolutely love the personal level of relationships I feel I have with every employee at reef, from the security to the budtenders you guys are amazing and it always makes my day going in there. It doesn't matter what kind of a rush I'm in I love spending 10-15 in there and I always walk out with a smile on my face. Five star joint.

The best in Reno, Sparks and Carson. Keep fresh KK and you'll be open a while. [: N fr best customer service. Mellow vibe and you are not rushed. I have never had a bad experience here. Even the women act professionally, which is often confused with whorish in this state. Well done Reef.

I normally wouldn't have anything bad to say about this dispensary. Their prices are okay, the bud is hit or miss though. Most of the time the flower is dry to super dry and just powders out in your fingers. Occasionally I'd get a seed or two every few months, but today that's a different story. I bought a gram of a popular strain there a few days ago and was finishing up the rest of it today. I save the bigger buds for last and as I was breaking it down to smoke I started to get some seeds. Once I hit 6 seeds out of this one bud I decided to go to the dispensary and see what could be done. I let my bud tender Jonathan know what the situation was and he was very helpful in trying to figure out a solution ( i.e. a discounted gram of something different) but he needed approval of someone higher up to process the sale. Once someone was available they came over to speak with me. Ed then explained, yes that something could have been done because I came back within the 3 day period, it was a Tryke product, but because it was a sale item he couldn't do anything. Upon asking him why it was a sale product he stated it was on sale because it's dryer than most and they had, had some issues with some seeds in the past. Understandable yes, but if you know that there is a problem with a strain like it having a bunch of seeds maybe explain that to your customers before they purchase. So I went home with my seeds and my last little bud. Once I got home I sat down and broke down the rest of what I had. I am now left with a majority of seeds to bud ratio, and I'm disappointed to say that I've now bought half a gram of seeds and not bud. Some better quality control is definitely in need here, so don't waste your money unless you want some good seeds to try out and no bud to smoke.

It's my favorite place to go but my seals n some more stuff seem off most the time anymore and I don't get my full receipt if I get one and I think that I'm being ripped off by someone that found a way to hustle themselves free smoke. Was legalizing this way best? I honestly don't think so. They shoulda just quit arresting people. Rather deal with a dealer than these type of husstlers. At least a dealer was honest and I could count on getting what I paid for.

I wish no stars was a option. Where do I start , crazy crazy high prices . The store is so small it ends soon as it begins. The selection sucks severely and the customer service is horrible. I was short one penny they would not let me slide . Green leaf despensaries let me slide by 11cents one time. I would never step foot here again. I would rather travel 20 miles To buy from a real source than these wannabes .
