I will thank each & everyone, THANK*YOU.it's been a blast coming to see the variety of budtenders, a diversity of knowledge, wit & charm within every visit. Thank you too security for keeping us all safe & sanely buzzing thru the maze of complex guides of our Great State laws that leads us kindly to the buds of choice & some relaxing R&R. Afterwards from budtender's appreciations & by the greetings first encountered as you come in, in addition, to the quality of buds that can hold their own as presented by hand &picked accordingly. Along with the many other ways one could travel to a cure, remedy or just a recreational buzzzzz forsure. kudos keep up the great team work & see you soon as possible.Bobby

I freaking love this place.. sshhhh 🤫.. they always get me exactly what I'm looking for. I happen to be rather picky when it comes to properly medicating myself. Some of them even greet me by name when I walk in which makes me feel that much more welcome. The menu is pretty good and I always find something for whatever price range I'm working with. But, don't take my word.. check them out for yourselves.

I've been coming here for a solid chunk of time and have spent an exceptional amount of money. Always been particularly pleased with the product and customer service; At least until tonight when I came and the doors had been closed and locked at 11:47 pm. I understand sometimes these things happen, but a note is typically the professional way to go about informing customers as to -why- a shop might be closed early. For me personally if My boss came at 10:59 and the door was locked, even that one minute before closing, I'd be let go. I've lost my best closers over it.This coupled with all of their prices climbing over the last two weeks, (e.g. 1 gram of wax was $24, $36 is the new cheapest. A 50% increase) I'm inclined to take my business elsewhere. An amazing shop with a poor business model, I hope the store can climb back to the standards it had once set.

As an out of towner it can be intimating to go to a dispensary but this was an amazing experience! I can't stress this enough the friendlyest service I have ever had! Ever. Good deals got a buy 2 get 1 free deal on carts. We also took advantage of some discount edibles. The man who helped us. Was very helpful with dosage information. The menu was clear and easy to read. He explained the menu and sale options clearly and quickly. Even the music was good in this place. Quality product. And I loved the reuseable bag they gave us. Very environmentally friendly.

I have been here a couple times cause my home dispensary closes really early. Each time I have been in here I have had GREAT customer service, the staff is very knowledgeable (I'm from a generation of all marijuana was know as "pot") had answers to all my questions.. and the best part was, when she didnt know about something she looked it up. Also the prices are very reasonable for what you are getting. And they also have deals you can get, which makes the prices even better.

What a positive experience! A great selection (for my needs anyway, not the type of person who has to go to the biggest, most varied stocked-up store in town) I’m more about the service than the prices, selection, or atmosphere. It doesn’t need to look like an Apple store.I happened to show up as there was one open tender, so the wait was nil. I was greeted cheerily and with a smile by a tender named SHAWN. He had AN APPARENT WILL TO HELP, and happened to be the SHIFT MANAGER. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to take the time to explain the menu and it’s format, the current specials, and any other questions I had about batteries etc. MANAGER SHAWN was very helpful and will probably only deal with this gentleman going forth if possible. Service was top notch. And again, that is why my rating is so high. Everyone I have talked to about this location pre and post my visit have said it sucked and told me how terrible it was. I tend to disagree! But just my opinion. One thing that was a bit of a negative is that is was very busy so in turn it was very loud, as it is not a very big area. I didn’t have a problem, but I feel the older generation might have a problem communicating because everyone was on the verge of shouting. It was kinda nuts when I think about it. That stuff just doesn’t really bother me. The other negative kind of goes hand in hand with the first one, in that it was very busy and crowded, and the tenders’ cash registers are spaced very closely together. So you are standing almost shoulder to shoulder with whoever is ordering to your left and right. So privacy is kind of an issue if you like it a bit more discreet, or even just a bit more personal space or interaction. Again, it didn’t bother me, it was just something I noticed. So, if you like TOP-NOTCH SERVICE, a good selection, and very competitive pricing, head on over to Reef in Sun Valley. If you like bigger, spacier, more modern looking stores with huuuge selections, or are a person who likes to speak more than shout to the person helping them, or enjoys their space and privacy at the same time, well I would still stop in, just be wary is all! I will be back, that is for sure!Heck, I mean even the bags are friggin sweet! It doubles as a wine bag, and is cooler than anywhere else I’ve been. And they give you free stuff for writing reviews, I mean c’mon! Last (but definitely not least) you can walk across the street and get you some Golden Arches or Golden Chopsticks to take home with your purchase!

Great experience as always. My one and only place to go. Tons of great knowledge here. My visit today was especially chill, amazing bud tender Cat took tremendous care of me pointed out some awsome flavors, enjoying now, mentioned my bonus points which are very nice. Thanks again reef coming through with perfect customer service with employees like Cat 🐱

I’ve been to all of the reno/sparks area dispensaries and I had never tried Reef in Sun Valley. They can count on my business now. Their people is awesome they genuinely enjoy what they do and it shows! Jelli has been my bud-tender for the last two visits and she is absolutely knowledgable and super friendly. Their 10% off for locals is a must and they have great selection and an extensive price range which is good. Great specials too!

Went to Reef in Sun Valley tonight. Bought two pre-rolls and only received one. I went back inside to get the problem fixed, they checked the cameras and after 20 mins of waiting, the guy comes back and says it looks like the budtender packed two. He didn't sound sure of himself and they sent me on my way. I ended up buying another one because they were the only dispensary open that late in the area. But I feel totally ripped off. The budtender attending me was nice and respectful. But I was unsatisfied with the outcome. Just a lesson for all you people out there buying from this dispensary. Make sure to check that everything is in the bag before leaving and don't trust that the budtenders job is being done right every time. No disrespect to the person that attended me.

The best service and best prices in town. DO NOT waste your money at blum or mynt. They over charge and always have seeds in their product. These guys have quality product with low prices.
