I had an issue with a purchase I made last week on Fawcett St. It was only when I returned home that I realized I had the wrong merchandise. I spoke to Lauren who was extremely helpful. She was able to assist me in ordering the correct products I was interested in purchasing. She went above and beyond by delivering, free of charge, my order the very next day. She is warm and friendly, compassionate and professional at the highest level. It was a pleasure working with Lauren!

I visited this new location yesterday and had a great experience. The person checking me in was super helpful and friendly, and I appreciated him fixing my name in the system. The dispensary was very clean and spacious, and felt welcoming and comfortable. All the staff was super helpful and friendly, and I left feeling good.The location is unassuming but down the street from Alewife station and around the corner from Fresh Pond shopping center. There is some parking spaces too.
