Feedback:
I've found that it's difficult to buy anything here- for a few reasons. When inside, there's usually someone to help everyone but it's not orderly or efficient if they are very busy but they are friendly and helpful. The solution is to pre order for pickup- but that too has been difficult, surprisingly. Unlike other places, the door staff comes up with arbitrary policies (that have been different each time on at least 3 occasions over a few months time.) They come off hyper restrictive (and selective). They waste my time spent searching product before coming and prevent the sale, Repeatedly. Maybe a fluke? when I just needed to pick up my order with my valid ID in hand? When Ive headed down to the closest competitor, there's no un-necessary friction. Sodo, waterfront competitors- over the years, great. It's more hit or miss with what I use this for but it's pleasant and efficient. So H.A.H. What's your problem?

I have loved this place for 2.5y (excellent service and product). I think in the last year their management must’ve changed because both got worse. I got ripped off recently; I saw an online listing for 28x 1g pre-rolls at 26% THC for $50. I bought it, and found it to smell/taste gross, not get me high, and gave me a headache. Talked to employee who smelt it and agreed it smelt gross and he said it was probably bad product or shake or something even though it was advertised as potent. I asked him if they stood behind their product and was told “you get what you pay for”. He did give me 30% off a pack of 8x .5g pre-rolls which was originally $30. I was denied access to the manager and they’re still selling that bad weed. Like take it down at least or do a random quality sample or something. This is no way to run a business. I won’t ever go here or recommend this place again. What a shame.

Prices are what they are. Online pickup is fast, but make sure you double check your product. Mine was wrong and I walked out of the store. At that point they won't return or exchange. They did give me a nice one-time discount, but still.

I LOVED this place and came here very frequently at least twice a week .... that is up until my visit today 😔. I placed a $100 order (well 88 with my online discount) and came in to pick it up. I wasn’t sure the name I had listed it under because the system didn’t ask when I placed the order (Probably because it was presaved maybe?) and I had told Kurstin (the manager on duty) instead of apologizing and finding a solution she decided she wanted to argue with me and tell me how the system is right and pretty much treat me like I’m stupid. I won’t be coming back due to being treated in such a manner. Sad. Because I loved coming here but I think I’ll take my money and frequent purchases elsewhere where I FEEL welcomed💔

I believe their going away from have a heart. They have a sign saying something like a weed shop. Quality has gone down a lot since then. Pre-order or you'll face a long line so go on leafly and research you bud as much as you can. Most of them have very basic knowledge about their bud. I ask for creative but they only recommend sativa despite that I tell them it makes my mind racey. I've had a lot of success with writing with hybrids and indicas compared to sativa.

I live across the street. Absolutely love this place. I went yesterday and was shocked. No product hardly at all. No discounts from previous purchase points. The cashier mumbled something while pointing to a blank wall behind the counter that I think had their store name or something else. I had to go online in the store and order to get 20% off. I bought 3 kinds. All were 5-6 months old. There was only about 20% of products available compared to normal. Not sure if the owner is using this pandemic to dump old products or ones that clearly sat on their shelves. One product was mixed with one big bud clearly nothing like the rest but still awesome. Another was good but dry. The last I will save for when I’m hard up. It’s so dark colored that I had to search for any green leave tips poking out occasionally. I’m really not into orange brown weed. Hoping to get my favorite store back soon. I am just grateful they have been able to stay open.

I love this place! I’m disabled (in a power chair), & they really treat me like royalty!☺️ There’s often a long line, & they always have me go to another register to serve me immediately. My preorders are filled perfectly (way faster than the estimated time), the selection is amazing, prices are great, sales are awesome (& often), and everyone is so nice! I wish there was one on every corner.😁

This store is great staff is very polite and respectful as well as understanding, me I know exactly what I want, how much of it, like 7g 1/8th etc., and how many points I would like to use from my loyalty discount, its great!!! Then I lost my ID so I have to ask my lady to go get my weed until the new one arrives in the mail. well she doesn't know much about bud and one time on a pre order they were out of what I ordered well they offered to replace it with another company and to my delight it was exactly on par with the high quality I always purchase and the flavor everything was great that is more than I can ask for and after being treated like a problem at the other store near my house I'm so happy to have have a heart available they are now my store for good. I'm always sure to tell everyone go to have a heart they are great

This shop has an amazing selection, and the staff is fantastic! Everyone is very welcoming and super friendly! They aim to make you laugh and hope you have a better day after you leave! Dogs are welcome, and they play great music while the workers are dancing and having fun! You’re able to walk around and browse their selection, or go right up to the counter to tell them what you want! They also have an online ordering option to be in-and-our if that’s what you prefer! I will definitely be returning to this shop whenever I’m in Seattle!
