DONT SPEND MONEY HERE. LOOK AT THE OTHER 1 STAR REVIEWS. THERES A LOTThe female working at 2:40 03/16/20 is the only reason why I wont try this place out or ever shop here. I called to ask simple question about live resin because I like buying my live and wax in bulk so i like to know what companies they have before I go into a new place . She was so rude and short for NO REASON.... Obviously not going to spend my money here.. Im sure they're making their money, but IM not supporting a buisness where rudeness and arrogance is an appropriate norm. Btw I am in industry as well. If she cant handle a fast pace work envirement (because she sounds like she cant handle budtending AND getting a phone call at the same time lol) than I would suggest not workng at a dispensary in the middle of Denver. Maybe try a candle shop or something a little more on pace with the workload she can handle.

just brought home a 1/8 of very overpriced meds (flower)more seeds than i have ever seen ?I thought that "kind" bud didnt have seeds? so i smoked it & didnt get high at all.did not feel a thing ?good thing this town is full of stops .not sure if all there product is this way ,but i would not waste my time & go else were

I have been a customer and member for years. Came in on Sunday and at 11:25am I chose what I wanted to purchase as I am an easy customer who is in and out. I was informed that the member deal on Sundays does not begin until 1130am and the blonde female manager working that day would not honor saving me 20$ Since I was buying 2 yellow tag ozs. I asked if I could wait and she said I could but couldn’t guarantee my medicine wouldn't be around because they would not hold it. She was very very rude. I have been a loyal customer and spent thousands of dollars into this establishment. Although I am a member I don’t think I will be shopping with Rino Supply any longer. I hope the five minutes was worth a customer. Very disappointed in the customer service I received this past week she should be fired.

Well this used to be my #1 disoencery for 2 yrs 2014-2016. I was a dedicated rino only shopper. I quit smoking from 2016 -18 Now I need to get a new red card and they offered me a discount if I sign on with them so I tried to deal with rino calling canna health and vise versa. Now I have given up. Rino made excuses n employees were rude thru this process acusing ppl of signing up with other disp after rino paid them for discounting red card exams etc. The bottom line is NO NO NO they wont help you get a discount on red card physicals...dont ask...it only frustrated me...now i really need to smoke. So end result for me was: go pay the $80 for physical n the $27 to stare n go find another dispensary to do honest straight forward business n doesnt treat me rudely or waste my time with excuses or lies. So I rate you as a 0 on customer service and a 5 on deals if you want cbd's. The weed is low potency on thc and I was able to get marys medicinal patches. However I wont play dumb games.

Bought live resin that looks nothing like the display gram. Idk how they're still selling this wax. I literally don't know how they're selling this stuff and getting away with it. I wouldn't have bought it for even half the price. They claimed that they didn't know what was inside each sealed gram but that's no reason to not give a refund or some sort of credit. Will not return as a customer and recommend others to stay away from this place if you want decent extracts

I bought a ton of wax from them and less than 5% of the grams looked like how they were advertised. Literally only 2 grams out of an ounce looks like their display gram in the store. Since they come in sealed black bags you don’t know what you’re getting until you open it. And so I bought a bunch of “live resin”, which doesn’t actually say live resin anywhere on it, nor looks, smells or dabs like live res. They’re charging live resin price for some stuff I wouldn’t have even bought if it was 15/g. Their island sweet skunk strain/ top hat extracts are garbage. STAY AWAY FROM IT. Their display grams do not always look like what you’re buying! I’d recommend going to karma dispo, mile high or pig n whistle for concentrate over this place. Never going back to rino.

I love RiNo! I have been a member for the last two years and I am 100% satisfied! The staff is super nice and actually recognize you and ask about your life other than the normal hey how ya doin.. They bud is always super bomb, and there is always a decent selection. The staff is always super knowledgeable on their products and can always answer any questions I have. I also love getting the text updates on everything from daily deals to free incentives and they even let you know when its time to renew your red card. Thanks RiNo for being my go to!

They have some killer deals, and the staff is amazing. The budtender Ryan is super knowledgeable and I am always stoked to leave and try something he has recommended. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place, they carry my favorite concentrate, bosm, and they sell it cheaper then anyone else. I went in today (4/19/17) because they have an awesome sale going on. I heard about a deal at a different dispensary that I thought they were running, and even though they don't normally run that special there they did it for me anyway and even added an extra $5 off on top of that!! I can't tell you how awesome it was for the manager to walk in and say we don't run that special but we will do it for you and we will give you an extra $5 off as well! how cool is that?! on product that was already on sale at a lower price then anywhere I have ever seen and they still hooked it up. Definitely check this place out, I will be a life long customer after this experience!!

Never going back again, new policy having to give your id to a security guard for no reason violates your right to privacy. There is no reason for the security guard to demand my personal information.none. would recommend to all other patrons to refuse security guards demands and even refuse to shop there on just principle alone. Also I'm changing my care giver to another dispensary(50 plants) going to someone else that respects their customers rights and respects their customers privacy
