They have always been super helpful and nice, I like there point system compared to others, and with the daily texts you can score some good deals here and there. The facility is setup nicer than others it gives off a good feeling.

Best dispensary ever! The girl at the front desk was super nice! Nathan was super friendly and answered all our questions, they had great prices on everything, the place was clean and well maintained, there was even an atm inside, and a rewards program, everything was perfect! We are definitely coming back very soon!!!

Complete rip off just like Sierra Wellness. They have MORE THAN DOUBLED all the prices. I used to have a medical card, so I would know. Of course, you guys just keep lining up out the door. I was there recently and saw people waiting outside for the place to open just to be ripped off. Go back to your street dealers, folks. You're being ripped off HARD. A gram of honeycomb wax used to be $30.... now it is over $70. The dispensaries like to blame the growers... but wholesale marijuana prices in Nevada are at an all time low. They're lying and ripping you off. I feel bad for the medical patients whose medication now costs MORE THAN DOUBLE. You guys are scum bags. I know most of you don't know any better because you're ancient... but let me tell you: In southern CA you can get a gram of good wax for $10. BOYCOTT THIS PLACE UNTIL PRICES DROP.

Poor customer service, lack of communication or ability to communicate not sure which. Person helping NEVER confirmed what I wanted before grabbing it and tryed to over charge me thank God I was paying attention. Only got a smile when I was told the price and never got an apology for them trying to give the wrong thing!! I won't be back.

I don't know about prices - I just went there as a hopefully last resort to deal with depression before resorting to nasty pharmaceuticals. What I can judge is the customer service - that they were super-friendly, didn't try to up-sell, took all the time I wanted (I had quite a few questions) and made me feel welcome. I can't ask for much more.
