I love the prices, text alerts, and discrete black bags they give the customers. The staff is definitely uneducated, immature, and unorganized. The whole flower selection of sniff jars and product were on rolling carts- in piles stacked on top of each other. Then to top it off, the staff was SHAKING my prescription bottles making comments like "oh that's a big one in this jar". I do not appreciate my prescription being shaken and portrayed as 'cool'. I drove an hour for this experience, and was completely turned off. The website is not user friendly either. I do not even leave reviews, but I am starting to feel like I need to since I was never asked for feedback about my first experience. I cannot say the meds are 'garbage' because they are sealed, and grown by licensed cultivators and tested by Northcoast mostly- you get what you purchase? Hopefully the staff starts to act more professional, I am sure they will after all of these reviews.

Nice and Mellow in there.. Everyone is cool and kind. By far the best bud tender yet.. Brandon? They seem to have the best pricing of the 3 ive been to. Knowledgeable with first hand experience.. Key Did not rush me or make up my mind for me. This is my new spot.

Because they JUST OPENED, they are a little HIGH.. excuse the pun.., on price and slim selection.. But besides that, I was VERY IMPRESSED on potency of product and discreet container/bags to travel home with and it's smell proof bag and bottles. LORAINS FINALLY done something right for the city. ??

I'm giving them 5 stars because some clown gave them a 1 star rating when they hadn't even opened. I haven't been there yet, but if they post their menu and I see something I like, it isn't an outrageous drive for me, even though I have dispensaries closer. It's all about the flower.
