Such a snazzy place and the staff are all absolutely fantastic!! They've been consistently selling high quality flower for the past 2ish years I've been coming here. They check all the boxes for me: atmosphere, comfortability, quality, pricing, variety, and definitely customer service. Also, if you use kratom they sell a reputable brand, O.P.M.S., at $25 for 8oz of powder which is the cheapest in store price on kratom that you're ever going to find.

When I first entered this location I was amazed at the beautifully decorated store. I was then greeted by friendly budtenders, who take the time to listen to you and find out exactly what you're looking for. The selection in this store is absolutely amazing, featuring some of the most unique varieties of product that I have found in Eugene.

Amazing management awesome customer service, there was a misunderstanding with one of my purchases and I didn't think the story would be believable but I called in and they were super helpful the manager she told me to come right down and we never had a chance and she would fix it for me when I came in they were very helpful didn't seem sad or upset, they fixed the problem and even gave me a 35% coupon for my next purchase thanks a lot guys I'll be back great products it's a really elegant beautiful store it's just very comfortable not some overcrowded store with a bunch of kids

Found the dispensary doing a search for Snoops Dream, 3 stores in town had it, so I went to the cheapest one $20.83 an eighth plus tax, asked for a quarter, friendly folks while weighing the product. Then asked me for $66 dollars. I mentioned that I thought the price was lower on leafly and the counter-person responded with "Oh, this is with tax." I thought I had made a mistake and just left. Got home, hit leafly and there was the price I was complaining about. I called them and the person was really polite and said sorry for the mistake. I asked them to honor the price, and he said he couldn't and took my name and number to give to the manager.Manager just called and said it was their mistake but would not honor the price the had on leafly, Instead he offered 10% off the next time I visited. I won't be returning, but will share the experience .
