I would appreciate the consistent availability of a electric cart as can be requested from the Transportation Section at Kaiser Riverside. On four occasions I have phoned ahead to request my need for one to be brought to the valet parking. I was advised to call when I arrived. On a single occasion I was delivered a cart. On the other three occasions I was unable to get phone contact thru to Transportation: On two of those occasions I was only able to get 'busy' advisories on one occasion, at 3 PM, a recording advised the office "was closed". On all the three unsuccessful occasions I unloaded my wheel chair and barely made my appointments on time. Very exasperated, of course. The staff at the Valet service have always been courteous and helpful.

I was calling to inform the OB ward that patient was in route to the hospital. Pt is Pregnant due any day, Swollen feet, arms, legs and hands with a really bad headache. Patient was going in for a stress test every other day. I wanted to suggest that they take a closer look at her due to the circumstances. The only thing the nurse could tell me is.... She hasn't arrived yet. You'll have to get in touch with the patient. I can't give you any info. Nurses seemed unconcerned, unhelpful, quick to pass the buck or refer me to someone else/Different Dept. Personally I feel that this could become a life threatening situation. I felt lost after hanging up the phone today. 2/10/2020. Whatever happened to Great Customer Service??? Very hard to get it now days.

I took my brother that was in a psychotic episode twice and they would not take him seriously and the nurse was extremely disrespectful to him. She didn’t want to get close to him and ask another nurse to get his blood drawn; although, he was not aggressive or anything. It upsets me that Kaiser doesn’t know how to deal with mental health issues in a respectful way toward the patients. The nurses are not trained to deal with people with the type of health issues that my brother has. If Kaiser cannot deal emergencies of those types they should our source to the county hospital, RI International Mental Health Urgent Care (CSU), my brother was there for a night and he felt treated with respect and felt comfortable. But kaiser doesn’t want to cover that and would rather have him in the hallway in the emergency room where the ambulances bring patients and has a high volume of traffic and makes people that are already psychotic even more paranoid. All patients should be given the dignity and respect that they deserve even if they have a mental illness, I hope Kaiser can learn that.

How is it that I can call first thing in the morning, get told, "You need to speak to a registered nurse -transfer-", then wait an hour and a half to get a callback, 20 minutes of questions, only to be told to go to Urgent Care?In the 5 years I have been living in Riverside, every time I come here I end up waiting on the FLOOR. How much money is Kaiser making? THIS much patient traffic and still no budget for chairs or a bigger waiting room? Let alone adequate staff to handle the demand??The HOURS long wait times only add salt to the wound....all while Kaiser provides wifi with sub-par DSL speed from 2005Where is all of Kaiser's money going?!

rude staff.was left waiting for over an hour and only got told to "wash my hands twice". not only that but got charged $250. don't come here unless you want to get charged $250 to wash your handswhat a joke, an emergency room is to HELP patients, if you aren't willing to do so then you SHOULD NOT work in a hospital or any medical environment.

Always a wait here even if you make an appointment You get to your appointment on time and there is a 45 minute wait and then the receptionists just keep adding time to that as you wait Isn't the point of an appointment to not have to wait?Also the parking is always full and it's very hard to find a parking space

They have no policy on ESAs. My daughter uses hers for dr appointments. However, last appointment I was forced to put ESA outside and nearly refused to see my child for an ear infection. The ESA is not out in the lobby, only for appointments but now we pry need to go elsewhere because they aren’t working with my daughters needs.For more pics of how our ESAs help Instagram @piggy.fozzie.andfriends.

Great Experience! Went there a day before Thanksgiving and it was fast and easy 30 mins! Dr Amneal was amazing, she sat there with us till all our questions where answered. She was very nice! Thanks and Keep up the good work Dr Amneal and you wonderful staff.

Hope you don't really have anything urgent if you go to Urgent care. Waiting 3 hours still haven't seen a doctor. Maybe Kaiser could spend less on advertising and hire more doctors I'm pretty sure they're profitable. They could have Urgent care 24/7, but that would actually show concern for patients. Have been a member here forever, all of our children were born here, but this will be our last month here.

Its sad day when health care providers.....DONT REALLY CARE about their patients health.....My mother is currently at Kaiser Riverside and in need of being moved to a Long Term Care facility and was told by Social Worker Mike Perez that this isn't something Kaiser assist/helps/has no role in and its the family's responsibility. Pretty sad to think Kaiser doesn't care about the elderly especially ones that have been members for 25+ years.
