I have been a very loyal customer here for years. I have spent thousands of dollars to support this local business. Because of covid19 they want people to use the online ordering system which I’m totally cool with however, the last 3 times I have ordered online, I took the product home to weigh it out only to find that I was shorted. Over the corse off the 3 orders I was shorted over and 8th.

Since my initial review I've notice much of any issues with bud had in large parts been due to available supplies and the shelf I was buying from. Honestly ever since I've gone here in 2014 I've loved not only the selection but also the prices. Even if the prices fluctuate from time to time theres a reason they've remained the top dispensary in Colorado. The staff go above and beyond and always know their stuff.

I have been to every dispo west of GWS and this is by far the ABSOLUTE WORST!! I placed an online order, drove the 60 miles up there to have the guy try to jack the price up by 50 bucks. I called him on it and apparently they decided to substitute more expensive items for what I actually ordered. Then they didn't have what I ordered and the bud tender took attitude with me like its my fault they sold products they didn't have! Second time I've walked out of this dispo over its lack of customer service but it will be the last. I'll quit smoking before I give them any more of my moneymoney and I encourage everyone else to do the same.

As an out of stater, this was definitely on my must do list. The store was clean, very well laid out, and organized. Christian was amazing. He was so incredibly helpful and lots of fun to interact with...he definitely made our visit fun and informative. We'll hopefully get to visit another store before we leave the state.

If they have an excuse for raising prices, then why do they need to trick us with "re-labeling" their shelves?............ oh yeah, because we're not tourists.So, your prices will drop... JUST after ski season? The price increase was worth taking a trip to Gunnison to shop around. AND GLAD I DID!! Say goodbye to one local... too bad that no longer means anything. Great people, high prices. I think "re-wording" of the shelves REALLY got to me though, especially the new "top shelf".You are obviously gearing up for another season of tourists that do not understand. After visiting Las Vegas, I get the "tourist play" and the correlated price increases. I'm a fan of Capitalism, not Psychological trickery. You know, you could probably charge even more if you create a new shelf labeled, "Ultra Connoisseur Top Shelf"................................

Pros: They offer around 40 strains, which is an excellent selection.Cons: I waited in line 36 MINUTES this evening! That much wait time is absolutely unacceptable! When I walked into the building I found myself to be #18 in line and that line moved with the lethargy of a sick nail.

Absolutely love this place and the staff. Wonderful product with a range of varieties and absolute wonderful knowledge on every single piece of inventory. Jameson and Liel are just two of the best budtenders here at Rocky. Wouldn't love this place near as much if it wasnt for them. Walking threw those doors is like walking threw the doors of home. Always feel welcome and am always satisfied with every visit! Love you guys! You're the best!

I went on a day they were having a great sale and there were about thirty customers. It went pretty quick. I was surprised. The sales staff were pleasant and efficient. The lady helping me took the time to show me products I was interested in, answered questions and didn't make me feel rushed. It's cash only there and they do have an ATM. I also needed to make an exchange on an item, I called and spoke with Sierra. She was great, told me to come in and they would make the exchange. I did, no questions asked, that was appreciated.

If you are on the western slope of Colorado this is the place to go for all you cannabis needs! They have an outstanding selection of flower, concentrates, edibles and much more! They always have great specials and never disappoint! This is a recreational shop but gives a discount for medical. These guys keep it real! Check em out, you won't be disappointed!!!!

I’ve recently started to shop her for my medical needs. I was a card carrier, but have found these prices are about the same, without the extra $165 a year for the card. Jola and I have known each other for 6 years. I haven’t seen her in about 3 and she remembered what I smoke, my name and the size nugs I like. Way to go Rocky Mountain. I’ll be seeing you soon.
