I've been going to this dispensary for as long as it's been open and my favorite employee has always been sandy you know your going to get special treatment and some laughs when you see her beautiful blonde hair her loyalty to the company is astonishing seeing the changes that have undergone this location and when she asked If i could write a review for her i didnt hesitate to let everyone know because anybody who's been served by her knows she's a employee that's highly valued and excels at her job and deserves more recognition for her work thanks for the great buds and making me always feel at ease when I come to shop

Absolutely incredible people at this location.I was having a difficult time getting my card online and an employee named Harlie, showed me so much patience and kindness through the entire experience AND helped me get my card. I am so happy to be getting my medicine from such a great place. Thank you Rocky Mountain high staff for creating such a welcoming environment!

My experience here was unfortunate. Two of the employees are very helpful, joyful and upbeat. But everytime I visit and am helped by Victoria I get a standoff attitude, grumpy demeanor and really just over all BAD service. I have decided to no longer do business with rocky mountain after visiting other dispensaries and receiving way better service. And flower .

Horrible. Absolutely Horrible. The only positive reviews they have are of employees that work there... You can tell because they all wear badges which have their names on them. The lady with black hair and penciled eye brows was a joke. Not only did she have no idea what she was doing, she was rude to me and her co workers. I can't believe anyone would give them a good review. What a nightmare. Green Meadows is where its at! They don't have a single bad review for a reason. Don't waste your time.

The girl behind the counter was extremely insulting and rude about me bringing my infant into the waiting room while my wife picked up medicine for her debilitating medical condition. (It was 102 degrees outside) Apparently this “medical” dispensary believes parents should take opiates to deal with chronic pain. We have been there at least a dozen times and no one has said anything about having a baby. The employee was quick to blame her boss when I took issue with her repeatedly telling me it is “inappropriate” to bring a child In there instead of taking responsibility for her moral judgements on my family. She kept saying her boss told someone else this the other day and that’s why she is repeatedly repeating it, but it’s not a policy. We asked if she wanted us to leave and she said no but kept harassing us and repeating her moral judgments over and over under the guise her boss said this to some other parent. The girl was clearly overwhelmed and didn’t mean to offend anyone but clearly isn’t mature enough to deal with adults in a medical setting attempting to treat debilitating pain without opiates. If it’s true she was echoing the words of her boss I have no idea why they were issued a medical license. These people aren’t here to help sick people. I asked if it was their policy to discriminate parents and that I would love to speak to the owner about this.the quality is low for the price. 30%-50% higher prices than I have seen in any other medical store. It’s more expensive and lower quality than the rec stores in ridgeway. The only reason they get away with this is they have 1 of 2 licenses in montrose and the other store is on the outskirts of the other side of town (about 20 minutes further from where I live)

Horrible customer service in the fact my boyfriend shopped here just Friday , with his renewed license , we went in today they didn’t let him purchase anything even AFTER the lady working pulled up his account in the computer showing his ability to buy . Lost a customer that would’ve brought you constant business and profit , I’d learn more from the colona dispensary, Green Meadows !

I have to say, I do not understand why these lovely ladies only have a 2.9 rating. All the employees here are very knowledgable as well as friendly and understanding. What a change of pace since my last visit here 3 years ago. It was explained to me that they had a recent change in management and boy does it show. New membership deals are worth signing over for, one thing I do have to say is they could use more bud options and they expressed to me that they will be getting more soon and they have other products that I enjoy in the mean time, prices on Bud they do have is more than reasonable and it's still good so I believe it is worth the wait for the other options. If you haven't been in here based on the reviews I say you should give it a shot for yourself! You wont regret it.

I went in today for the first time in a while. I was hesitant because there was a woman there who I was told was the manager that was the worst human being I have ever encountered in my entire life, she stunk to high heaven and was talking down to her staff IN FRONT OF CUSTOMETRS!!! I was pleased to find out that she is finally GONE! The atmosphere was completely different this time around than it has been in years. The staff was happy as can be and so helpful! If you haven't been here in a while because of this woman or in general I suggest you pay them a visit.

The worst medical dispensary I've ever visited. The manager was loudly conducting business in the front room with her things scattered all over the counter. My freshly printed card would not scan for some reason; the first woman was nice but unable, the next woman was horrifically rude acted as though it was my fault, spoke about me in the third person even though I was standing right in front of her. Fortunately the first woman to help me went back and retrieved a nice patient gentleman who helped me through getting a version their scanner could read (my card has never had trouble being scanned in the past). He was the only one to apologize and be professional. The rest acted as though they wished you weren't but there. They also don't sell .5 oz?? And that $99 oz they advertise is shake only. $250 is their regular oz price. I really wish another company would have been awarded their license; they treat their medical facility like a liquor store.

Wow what a great Medical Dispensary. All of the ladies were so helpful. It only took them minutes to sign me up as a member and now I get all of these amazing deals including a half oz for $1 every 3 months!! I can't believe it. They environment was clean and very inviting. They offer an array of products and all of the ladies at the front were very knowledgable and overall really cared about my personal needs. If I could give them 6 stars I would!!
