I have been coming to Rocky Road for years. These folks have been great and consistent through their relocations. The staff is always loving, and helpful. And even when I had a mistake done, they corrected it without issues. These guys in my opinion will be a staple in Colorado Springs as their business grows. These people do right, and treat people right, everyday.

You know the place is struggling when they bribe you to leave a 5 star review the second you walk in the door. I’ll pass on the penny joint of dry mediocre at best shake. But you get what you pay for I guess. Not to mention the staff has no idea what they are doing or what they are selling. Plus they are all rude. Has to be poor management. Anyways don’t waste your time. This place is basically the McDonalds of dispensarys. Try buku loud or golden meds.

SO DISAPPOINTED! Been coming to Rocky Road for 3 years and i dont think I'll be back. The new staff have no clue what they're doing. I called to find out a price and the lady at the from desk responds with " they start at 20 or something like that" i had to then ask multiples time for the specific one i wanted before she got up to go ask a budtender what the actual price was. Once i got up to Rocky road it was said they didn't have my renewed card, even though ive been here within the last year with a new card, but hey no big deal right? 4 emails and 45 minutes later ans after much convincing i finally got her to go to the official MMJ website to print it because it was taking so long, from there she didnt have a clue how to print or scan. After showing her how to print, I finally get to go back where it takes another 40 minutes because one of the budtenders miscounted my items 3 times. It took so long my handicap fiance who was recently in a motorcycle wreck had to load his own wheelchair and hobble to his seat because people in the parking lot were so rude, also one employee looked straight at him as he was loading it while they were smoking a cigarette, didn't offer a single hand. . ( broken neck, leg, shoulder) ( he didn't complain).. I have never had such a bad experience at a dispo. The 65$ oz were full of seeds and the new employess ruined it for me. Try golden meds or HCH.

**Update** This was our go-to place for about a year. Prices are good but I can't take my husband here anymore. The staff was not knowledgeable and had inconsistent information and were asking each other for answers and no once knew what they were doing. He got overstimulated and had to leave. I think sometimes the dispensaries forget some people do actually have medical needs. This isn't just a "pot store" for us...We'll be back. Merit really helped with knowing her inventory and her great personality of course is a bonus. Great prices for the best quality we've found in town yet. I also like that they have more than 2 budtenders!

Absolutely horrible experience! I put my name on a pad and it took a hour for me to get my two joints! There were only two people ahead of me, but I saw multiple people come in and out before me! It’s like they skipped me on purpose or something 🤔 I’ve been coming there for a few months and this is my first review. Perhaps y’all should take orders over the phone or something if this is how it’s going to be🤬

Usually good, however I came in today and they gave me the wrong medicine. I came in and asked for concentrates/shatter and they gave me flower. I didn't realize it until I got home when I opened the containers since they didn't open the containers in the store and now I have wasted my money and I am stuck with medicine I can't use. I used my membership perks that I had saved up too.

My dispo of choice right here I'm a happy member of a great dispo. The member benefits are amazing and if you are not a member the prices are very workable. BUT THE QUALITY...... QUALITY CHOICE, NATIVE ROOTS, A CUT ABOVE, has NOTHING on this dispo. I feel at home every day I walk in to get my good medicine. They have CBD products prerolls amazing wax shatters live resins. The eddibles from foods to capsules. They have drinks they have great gear to rock and rep suck a great dispo. You cant go wrong here IM TELLING YOU. I have reviewed tons of dispos but this one stands above the pack. I smoked some bud and wax didn't go in for about 2 months to make sure that the quality was always there. No surprise they came through with the ULTIMATE QUALITY!!!

I took a terp pen battery in and asked for a cartridge that fit it. The clerk assured me that he was selling me the right one. Got home, did not fit at all. Went back, bought another cartridge with a battery. The battery is defective. I spent $84 on product that was "sure to be the right one". Found out they have a no return policy. I wasted money on what turned out to basically be junk based on the word of "trained professionals". I feel like I was robbed by a company that has no concern where the patient is concerned. All they care about making money, not the patient. At the same time i asked about flower that was in the discount bin. Normally it's $20 an 1/8th. Guess what. The last of a batch is put in the discount bin and sold at regular prices. I signed up totally by mistake and will be leaving as soon as i can. I can't and won't recommend them to anyone. Wish I could give no stars!!!

Decent prices alright member sign up kind of disappointed in the selection of strains that were available considering it was New Year's Eve. Member pricing first three times in the door I might go back if they run a decent special or something nothing to Fantastic nothing really stood out. Nothing that screamed this is the dispensary for me.
