I have had a great experience from day 1 with your Dispensary! It is cute and quaint, but the customer service is what stood out to me, it's what I look for in a place $$ If you treat me right, I will treat you better is always a good motto to live by....THANKYOU...TO the whole RR Team, you ALL Rock n Roll...keep doing the damn thing...The way the world is today; we need more genuine wholesome goodness, kindness and all around good vibes.

I was initially impressed with my visit. I liked the prices and selection. But when it came to check out, I was pretty disappointed. I was short $3, and instead of just discounting the total, the budtender wanted me to get it out of the ATM. The ATM fee is $3 alone. It didnt seem necessary to pay double. I was spending over $60 anyways. . So instead of the budtender just discounting the $3, I put back a $20/g of concentrate.

I was always told different information on every visit. Sometimes I would have monthly benefits, sometimes they would work a different way. The inconsistency was pretty frustrating (especially when I was new and wanted information), but overall the membership had value, so I kept going back. Now that the state law is different, the prices here have gone up, so there's just no competing. The web site still has outdated and misleading information. I don't know when it was ever accurate. My most recent visit suggested it would be my last with member pricing. Even with the 'member price' and 10% off edibles, it was still higher than the next normal price I found. I randomly opted to try Epic Remedy, and their prices were better. Didn't have to look far.

They always, always run out of flower. Not to mention let you wait 10 or 15 min to tell you and then convince you to buy wax or something else. Its happened the last 4 times I have been here.even today i called before i went in and was told they had 2 strains. Im there no more the 5 min later since im up the street. Get there tell her i want flower in case they ran out and she said they had some. Wait 15 min to be told they are out of flower. Well i did try to find a new place but this one is not the place. Cheap flower but only if they have any...Update: as you can see by rocky roads comment back to me about this issue that they do not care about there patients or the fact that they have no product

The new location is TINY. Before, you rarely had to wait. Now, you can expect to be here for about a half an hour. My husband likes certain budtenders and the prices on flower are great. They offer good member bennies. We're searching for another dispensary but so far haven't found anything similar in pricing/benfits. We'll continue to come back until then.
