The fact that I can walk into a pot shop and then know my name is amazing! Even know my boyfriend 😂😂 I am so happy going to roots for my stuff. I got a bong from there that had an extremely long stem for the bowl and I broke it! Oops!!! Went in to see if they had anymore. They did not but the manager said that he was going to place an order for one and call me and let me know when he gets it in. I can’t wait to use my bong again. Thank you so much guys!

I was actually impressed with this store the first few times I went in. But the last visit I had was when they lost me as a loyal customer. The girl who helped me probably had just gotten her license to sell bc she had no idea what she was doing. Not her fault, maybe needs more training. They also had sent a misinforming text to my phone saying theres a cannabis shortage in colorado which have resulted in a price lowering for flower when you bought in bulk. Not true. Charging a ridiculous amount for a half. But this is what lost me as a customer.... Tried to buy a gram of wax they had listed in their menu book, she went and got it from the case behind her. She tried scanning it, then asked the boss for help. He said they arent selling it anymore bc they took it out of the system? Why is it still in the shelf. Why is it still on their menu book. I wouldn't have been upset if it was the same price. But that resulted in making me buy a more expensive gram. This is super annoying when youre a local. Get your store together. Have a better operational plan for when you take things off and be more attentive to what your selling and what your not. I'd never have this problem at native roots, which is where I'll always take my business from now on. Just sucks that this had to happen. Very disorganized, they only display a digital joint menu which is confusing bc you think that's the only thing they're selling until they say, "oh we have a menu book" or dont even acknowledge that they have one so you dont really know what your buying or the price. Never buying here again.

Arrived to The store early afternoon I was not familiar with a lot of the product so Joseph was the guy who I started with. For one thing we could not understand anything he was saying. And was not familiar with anything. There were two ladies with coats on heading out for lunch. And one gal helped me seemed very knowledgeable But I felt very rushed because I knew they were leaving. What surprised me was the 2 woman who knew a lot both were leaving at the same time.

These people really knew their stuff. I have a bone disease and also have served, which adds its chunk of depression. These wonderful people knew the exact remedy. I didn't realize that til later, but my point is, I've been to the other dispensaries across Colorado, and this was by far the most laid back, informative, and ultimately friendly experience.

Went in to this type of shop for the first time yesterday. Was a great experience and all the staff was friendly and professional with a large knowledge on what they sold. As for the quality of the goods I bought.... Let's just say it topped my expectation. Would refer this place to anyone who is in aspen.

My roots rx experience was more than I expected. I walked in looking for a joint and left with the knowledge to heal my grandma and a close friend. My grandma has been in a lot ofPain taking too much ibuprofen ruining her body. Cbd has allowed her to continue on pain free without her body being ruined. I love her and I love the benefits of marijuana plants

Just tried them out, my new favorite spot in town. I went to the same shop in Basalt and was over-charged for some Girl-scout Cookies, they were super nice and apologetic and gave me a discount to help make up for it. The other shop had an old price in the system, I'm from sea level so I was a bit spaced out when I was buying. These guys in the Aspen location were super great to deal with. I got a vape as well, the AirVape XS, great recommendation, heats up super fast, digital display with battery life and exact temp setting, this thing rocks.Though I am afraid I'll lose the mouthpiece, it's a bit too easy to get on and off. I don't love the carry case but am using it to make sure everything stays together. I can't believe how fast and smooth it is. I've met Clayton, Kevin and Mikey, all were just so pleasant to deal with. I'll definitely be back.
