Always a great experience- truly a blessing for the Basalt community, of all the brands/chains, Roots RX provides the residents of Basalt with all of their green needs and more, as well as providing friendly service in an easy-to-access location off of Highway 82. You can reserve product online, as well as save a little money as compared to the applied taxes and fees in Pitkin County/Aspen. Consistently good product

Good place nice people, always have your ID though buddy, the shoes no service no shirt no service keep it proper, however earlier wake and bake hours and be very nice it's community style thing you know not all of us wake and bake and not all of us watch cartoons and cereal at night however, Dean both types be great. Think about it go ahead take your time but think about it. Even if you're only open for like an hour the earlier time just for wake and bake I bet you have a rush Money!

this shop is among the best I have seen in the country. Very very chill, the only dispensary where I don't feel like I am being worked on for money by the employees. Got great insight on things I had been missing all along about pre rolled Dubies. I also had an interaction so pleasant with budtender Hannah that I feel like it is a good allocation of my time and resources to shop at rr. I'm telling everyone.

Bought a quarter of sour deisel and it tasted like seaweed. With kelp extract being the first ingredient on the bottle I am sure they didn't flush properly at the end of the flowering cycle. Went back to exchange it for a different strain and all they could do is give us a free joint of some space cream that had the same nute taste. In an industry that is so highly regulated by the government dispensaries should have to provide a refund for customers who aren't satisfied. If I got bad milk from the grocery store they would have to take it back, this is no different. Roots RX growers obviously don't know what they're doing. Dispensary herb should not taste like garbage homegrown. If a dealer sold this stuff off the street they would probably get beat up for selling wack herb.
